Excellent tour organization and amazing safari
I want to say a big thank you for the tour. Thanks to Purity and especially thanks to Daniel (our guide and driver) for the excellent safari. We took a 4-Day Mombasa or Dare - Tsavo East - Amboseli - Nairobi, and the safari exceeded all our expectations. Everything was organized clearly and on time. Excellent tour organization, we saw lions, antelopes, giraffes, buffaloes and other inhabitants of the savannah. And most importantly, we saw amazing elephants against the backdrop of Kilimanjaro! Daniel is a wonderful guide, he told us about the animals and birds we met. Daniel is also a wonderful driver who makes you feel safe. Thank you to your company for an excellent safari and a great vacation! We wish you further development and prosperity.

7 Day: Nairobi-Maasai Mara-Nakuru -Amboseli-Tsavo East-Diani
Kennedy arranged our fantastic week long trip to 4 national parks, was patient answering questions and helped to arrange train tickets for our trip back from Mombasa; we highly recommend Bienvenido Tours. We decided on taking this trip just a month before leaving, therefore it was not surprising that two of the hotels turned out to be unavailable, but Kennedy found good replacements.
This kind of tour requires a lot of time on the road between parks - driving through countryside and towns is fascinating as well, but be prepared for many hours on highways and very bumpy roads. It was therefore all the more pleasant to have a great guide and person, John, along for the ride. You are doing yourself a great favor if you ask for him and he's available; he made all the difference.
One change that I would recommend, when in Nakuru, ask to stay somewhere else than the Buraha Zenoni Hotel. It's not so much because it's not nice, but that it's just a hotel and seemed the odd place out compared to the wonderful lodges we otherwise stayed in.

The safari surpassed our expectations!
We were a bit skeptical about booking the trip with a local operator online from Europe, but it turned out to be an amazing experience!
We did a 3-day private safari tour to Masai Mara and stayed at Jumbo Mara Lodge. Everything was perfect- our guide picked us up from our accommodation, and the drive to Masai Mara was an adventure itself. We passed through Nakuru, the biggest city in the region, took in the stunning views of the Rift Valley, and got a glimpse of the local Masai people going about their daily lives.
Our guide, Daniel, knew Masai Mara like the back of his hand. He is so amazing that on the first two-hour game drive, we already saw three out of the Big Five and so many other animals in their natural habitat. He made sure we had the best time, helped us take great photos, and really made the whole experience unforgettable.
The lodge was beautiful a more like a 5-star hotel - with a fantastic pool and delicious food. They had great Indian and Kenyan dishes, as well as fresh fruit and other options.
Overall, an incredible experience at a great price. Would absolutely recommend!

3day Safari to Amboseli NP
The 3-day Safari to Amboseli National Park was amazing. Everything worked well. We got all important informations before the trip started. We were collected in Nairobi and had a safe drive to the nationalpark. We were warmheartedly welcomed at the campsite. We checked into our rooms and met for dinner. The accomodation was simple but good. The food served for breakfast, on the way lunch or dinner was delicious every time. It's a bit sad that the whole day drive starts way after breakfast when the sun is already up. But therefore the morning drive on the last day was before sunrise to have better chances to see the animals outside. We felt very safe and enjoyed every safari drive. Thank you so much for this experience!!

A get what you pay for Safari…
We just finished the six day Masai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli tour. We booked the budget tour with upgraded accommodation. The views and the animals were incredible, and we saw so much even though it was the off-season! Animals were our focus and this was achieved. However, the “custom Safari minivan“ was terrible! It had no suspension, no four-wheel-drive, no air conditioning, and no power. We spent hours on teeth rattling, bone jarring, hot bumpy dusty roads! This is not the option to choose if you have neck back or hip problems, or any breathing issues. Our guide provided facemasks at the beginning of the journey to protect somewhat from the dust. We got stuck a total of four times on our game drives, and had to help push the van. The last time we were stuck, it was approximately two hours before we were finally able to be towed out! The drives from Lodge to lodge took hours longer than other companies. Partly due to multiple stops picking people up or dropping people off and partly because the minivan just couldn’t keep up. Part of a reason for upgrading the accommodation was to have some relaxation and pool time. The first day we did not arrive at Jambo Mara until 245pm and they stopped serving lunch at three. The two nights at AAmboseli, we were originally dropped off at the camp instead of the lodge And it took some time to sort that out, not arriving at the correct lodge until 8:45 PM. The second night was also late because of the van getting stuck. Our luggage had to ride in the backseat because the back door of the van wouldn’t latch. We spent an hour prior to the game drive one morning while the locals repaired that. The roof top barely opened and closed that by the end of the trip we weren’t sure we would be able to get it up and then weren’t sure we would able to put it down.
We intermittently traveled with three other people that booked through this company. Each of them had their tour altered in someway mid tour. Thankfully that did not happen to us. So many things, but overall we did see a lot of amazing animals, but I would not book this trip again because of the minivan. The ride was just to rough, hot, bumpy, dusty, and miserable..

I had a great time
I booked the 8 days trip, everything went well.
The drivers were good and nice. Especially Okindo Joseph that was my driver for most of my trip but also Joseph.
I liked the variety of species we had the chance to see. The accommodations were good for the price. It would have been nice to know that there was no WiFi in Masai Mara accommodation so I could have told my mom not to worry. We are together with other groups and I was with new people almost every day which was fun, meeting new people.
All companies are doing the same tour so it doesn’t matter too much with whom you book but Bienvenido was good so go for it.

Super!
Great communication, safari (special thanks to our guides Joseph and Daniel), value for money and attention to client! Kennedy has been super: we forgot our binoculars in a lodge and he quickly organized everything to bring them back to us for free, even if the tour was already finished. 🔝

100%+ satisfied with the trip of a lifetime
We did the 10 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Masai Mara, Lake Nukuru, Amboseli, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. After the first afternoon game drive in which we saw a pride of lions, elephants, Cape buffalo, Giraffes, Zebras etc I said it can't get any better! Boy was I wrong - everyday was better than the last. We saw a black Rhino and baby and 20 minutes later saw the very rare White Rhino. Our Guides/Drivers were all wonderful - Felix, James, Gudson and Dickson (also a fantastic cook!) Kennedi was so helpful in preparing for our trip as well as any issues that came up along the way. Our traveling companions were great. Words can't really describe how much this trip exceeded our expectations and we will recommend Bienvenido to everyone we know.

100% Recommend
I chose the 6 day tour including Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. The trip was amazing, we saw all the animals and the beautiful landscape. I was also pleasently surprised by the quality of the accomodation even though I had chosen the budget option. The staff was also very available and friendly. I strongly recommend!
