Very professional and kind.
Everything was very well organized. Communication with the office was smooth at all times. We visited Amboseli and Tsavo West National Parks. The accommodations were excellent. Moreover, the entire trip was offered at a very good price. A big thank you to our driver, Juma—he took great care of us throughout the entire trip and made it an unforgettable experience. Good priced
The safari in Nairobi National park was good, we lucked out and saw many animals and the guide shared interesting facts about the animals. I highly recommend this safari if you are either with little time or money. Note that it is a 4h tour, with no toilet stops. I also advise for you to take some snacks and water.
The van wasn't super fancy, but was comfortable enough. There was a miscommunication, and instead of taking me back to the city, I had to take an Uber back from Sheldrick Trust Nairobi Nursery, since the rest of the group had a booking there.

We had a great time in Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli.
The tour was well organized, with beautiful lodges (we loved Satao Camp and Severin Safari Camp), John was very helpful and also helped to organize a birthday surprise for a friend, Amos our tour guide was just awesome, he gave everything to make our tour unforgettable.
