A Memorable Tour Led by a Veteran Guide
From the moment I started planning my trip to Africa, I was eagerly looking forward to visiting Kenya. During the planning phase, I compared numerous tours available online and found that Family Leisure Africa Safaris had an outstanding reputation. I reached out to them via email, and they responded to all my questions promptly and clearly, making it easy for me to book a private tour without any hesitation.
On the morning of the tour, not only did the veteran guide/driver who would be leading the tour come to pick me up at the hotel, but also the individuals I had been corresponding with via email from Family Leisure Africa Safaris came to see me off. They even presented me with a lovely gift.
The private tour I booked was a 2-day, 1-night adventure that included interactions with the Maasai people, multiple game drives in Masai Mara, lodging and meals at a lodge within Masai Mara National Reserve, and round-trip transportation in a Land Cruiser. While many tourists opt to fly from Nairobi to Masai Mara, I chose to travel by car, and it was the best decision I made. John, the veteran guide and driver, was truly exceptional. He drove with great professionalism, minimizing the vehicle's vibrations on the bumpy roads around Masai Mara and within the national park.
During the game drives, I was able to observe over ten lions, as well as cheetahs, leopards, giraffes, elephants, zebras, hyenas, monitor lizards, buffaloes, ostriches, hippos, and more, all in their natural habitat and up close. To safely observe so many animals in the vast safari, an experienced veteran guide is essential, and John was exactly that.
I highly recommend Family Leisure Africa Safaris not only to Japanese travelers but to people from all over the world. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience.

The Life journey I have ever been
I really enjoy the journey in Kenya. The living and food is great. But most great is our guide, Simen, who did a wonderful work. He know a lot about the animal and really willing to serve. We see a lot of animal and learn a lot about animal there.

A Safari to Remember – Exceptional Experience in Masai Mara National Park
I extended my stay in Kenya after a business trip, and the entire tour was tailored to my needs, and I truly appreciated the flexibility in scheduling and pick-up arrangements. Everything was seamless, and they delivered exactly as promised.
Ruben, my guide, was fantastic—punctual, knowledgeable, and engaging. Not only did he ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, but he also shared some historical insights along the way to the national park, which added an extra layer of depth.
The three game drives were absolutely incredible. I had plenty of opportunities to witness the wildlife up close and capture some amazing photographs. The experience was beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to explore the Masai Mara national park.
Would I book with them again? Without a doubt! This was a well-organized, safari, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Great organisation and communication.
We had a brilliant safari from start to finish. We had a warm welcome with the family leisure team and then headed off with our tour guide, John. John had great knowledge and was very patient to ensure we had a great experience. From start to finish it was an unforgettable experience.

Very well organized safari
Really well organized safari. They offered suggestions and we build the trip together. Fast response to my questions.
The driver called Franco was excellent!!! Lots of knowledge and well planned. Flexible and with lots of alternative ideas that made the trip special. Clean new car with lots of space! We asked to go to a church worship on the Sunday and he organized it and it was such a great experience.
Overall we had a amazing time, saw lots of animals and really enjoyed our time.
We thank our guide Franco and the team in the family leisure safari company.
Next time I will choose the most expensive hotels especially in Masai Mara park as the quality of the hotels in the medium category was vey bad.

My friends and I just returned from a fantastic 2-day safari in November with Family Leisure Africa Safaris, and we couldn't be happier with our experience!
From the moment we booked, the company's president was incredibly friendly, respectful, and responsive to all our questions. He made the entire process smooth and even surprised us with beautiful blankets as gifts—a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.
Our driver, who also served as our guide, was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, which made our journey even more enjoyable. His dedication to ensuring we saw as much wildlife as possible was evident, and he went above and beyond to make our safari unforgettable.
The vehicle was comfortable and well-maintained. Although we booked for three people, perhaps because it was the low season, we had the whole car to ourselves, which made the experience even more special.
While the tour was a bit more expensive than some others we researched, we were able to negotiate a fair price. In hindsight, the quality of service and personalized experience we received made it worth every penny.
Overall, we highly recommend Family Leisure Africa Safaris to anyone looking for an incredible safari adventure. Their professionalism, personal touches, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart

Knowledgeable and compitent
My first Safari experience in August 2024 was a vist to lake Nakuru and mt longonot.
The services we received indeed exceeded my expectations, it was a hundred percent organised trip where the schedule was followed promptly and well guided.

Professional, Efficient, Reliable would definitely be choosing them over and over again
I chose Family Leisure Africa Safaris as my first option for the three-day Maasai Mara tour after doing a lot of research. Wislay was really helpful from the beginning and quickly responded to all of my questions. I was quite careful because I was traveling with my hubby . They fulfilled their commitment.we had a great time throughout the event. Our tour guide, Simon, took the initiative to tell us a brief history of each animal and plant we saw. He went above and above to make sure we saw as many animals as possible. He drove quite safely and dependably. Generally speaking, Family Leisure Africa deserves a pat on the back.
