Ultimate Johannesburg Tour
We have recently done an Ultimate Johannesburg Tour with Tshepo as our guide. He was brilliant, and made a huge effort to make the day really enjoyable. It is a long day, but well worth it. The day ran extremely smoothly, from pick up to drop off. Thank you Tshepo and MoAfrika Tours.

Extraordinary
I took two tours:
1. The Pilanesberg Safari, with Alex as guide. From the very beginning, everything was an excellent experience. The pick up at the hotel, the ride with his sympathy, made the group very enjoyable and fun. Once on the Safari, the opportunity to see the animals in their natural habitat is sensational.
2. Tour of Johannesburg, Soweto and Constitutional Hill with Tshepo as guide. Sensational also everything you learn with Tshepo. He did not stop telling us interesting thing the whole day of the tour. The experience of witnessing these places was really spectacular.
I recommend both guides and MoAFrika Tours 100%.

The staff was amazing
Try to support safaris and/or tour companies indigenous to the area.
I learned some of these safari parks removed families from their land, put a fence around the area and then transferred the animals into the "park;" it's like a big zoo on 1,000's of acres.
MOAfrika itself is fine. I would add additional wording to their marketing to clarify terms.
Like open vs closed vehicles.
Closed means a van, open could mean a safari vehicle caged in; cage removed or not.
One marketing material said "open vehicle," but they showed an "a vehicle with a partial cage around it and a vehicle completely caged in.
During my inquiry process, I kept asking for an" open vehicle," thinking uncaged was open but when I arrived for the tour, they had caged vehicles that I refused to enter.
After a 1 star review, Anthony, one of the co-owners, listened to my concern, and explained the difference between open and closed vehicles then helped me get a different tour the following day.
I also learned the term "big 5," has nothing to do with the size of the animals. It refers to groups of people who used to slaughter, kill and profit from these animals saying "these 5 animals are the hardest to kill."
Now, some of them profit from the ways I explained above: removed families front their land, put a fence and brought in animals...
Support tour companies indigenous to the area if who take care of the animals, customers, employees, and communities surrounding the parks.

Fantastic Tour to the Lions Park
From the booking until the drop off at the hotel everything was excellent!
The driver Tshepo even informed me in advance that the pickup time will be slightly delayed.
During the drive to the lion park he gave us many infos about South Africa and some kind of a small sightseeing/history tour on our way to the lionpark.
Really amazing and super friendly service! Full recommendation for that tour!

Excellent Service
Excellent tour company and customer service. I had a rough idea of what i wanted to do with timings and they recommended some tours that met my requirements. They were patient and responsive. They organised two trips, one to see Victoria Falls and one to Uganda to see the Gorillas. Both were unforgettable experiences. Thanks to the team for all the efforts in tailoring my holiday as I needed.

Everything fine.
We had a great day. Ohr guide was very friendly and he knows a lot about the animals. We always had enough time for taking photos.
