A hands on, flexible and professional agency
A few months ago I contacted Luciano Tours and Travels for an upcoming group trip of 23 people traveling to Livingstone, Zambia. The challenge was that this was not your typical group but a fun and adventurous group that wanted to maximize their stay completely. From the moment the group they landed to the moment we left, we needed some action. I had some ideas of what I wanted to do with the group and decided to work with Luciano who efficiently worked with me to put the ideas in action. With the help of their input, expertise and local awareness on what's possible and not in Livingstone, the agenda ended up being one of the absolute best. Not only did they work hard to facilitate the ideas, but Luciano Travels was very flexible as well. We had some last minute decisions/changes and last minute transfers booked and they solved it all within a few minutes. The flexibility they have is outstanding, especially for a group. Not only was also the communication between us and Luciano perfect from day one, but they were also on site 24/7 to make sure everything worked smoothly. Could not recommend them enough! Luciano Tours helped me make good use of my one free day at Livingstone.
After a conference in Livingstone I had one day to spare, so signed up for a day trip to Chobe national park in Botswana. Luciano Tours made the sign-up simple and provided a full day of touring by flat-bottom boat and open vehicle. We were thrilled to see all the wildlife we had hoped to see and especially enjoyed the experience on the water. Our guide had an excellent eye and helped us spot many birds we'd have missed otherwise, and he had good knowledge of birds and animals. The border experience was interesting, and our guide helped us negotiate the visa process. All in all, it was a memorable day and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

This tour operator was outstanding in every respect.
During our 4 day stay in Livingston, Shadrick was allocated to us to assist with all of our excursions. His knowledge, reliability and friendship will never be forgotten. We experienced a trip of a lifetime by reason of the expertise of this tour operator. All of the designated tours were outstanding.
