Best holiday ever
I book with Wayfairer because Tom who organised my holiday is incredible. This is the third holiday I have booked with this company. Each time Tom has surpassed all expectations. The safari at lake manze was wonderful. This was a bucket list for me and I can't believe what a wonderful time I had. Milli and Sean (lake manze mangers) we're wonderful, kind, helpful and very resourceful. No only did we see a multitude of animals we had incredible experiences. I can't thank them enough. Went to Mafia Island for some RnR. It's like paradise, swimming with whale sharks speechless.
Thank you Tom for arranging this. Please thank Milli and Sean at lake maze from us as well.
See you next year xx

Hassle free travel
I contacted Wayfairer at short notice when I had a Kenya trip coming up. I had shopped around various tour providers and most seemed to offer the same places with little real differentiation. I had a quick chat with Wayfairer and they put together a package to suit us. What I liked about it was all of the places were very unique and I hadn't come across them during any of my other research. Everything from then on was handled very simply. We had two nights at Saruni Samburu which is probably the best place I've stayed at in my life. Then two nights at Saruni Rhino which was a fun experience getting to track rhinos. Then 3 nights at Basecamp Wild in the Massai Mara. The Mara had so much wildlife it was amazing. Really enjoyed the whole experience.

could not have been organised any better, first class.
From start to finish what impressed me was the constant communication from wayfairer keeping me updated on everything i needed to know, The hotels were fantastic with views looking out onto lakes or grasslands with animals on your doorstep.
Our guide was Olais Joseph who i can not praise highly enough for his wildlife knowledge and the extra mile he went everyday to find what we wanted to see.
A first class holiday which blew my expectations out of the water.
Thanks again to all concerned

Family holiday trip of a life time!
We had wanted to have a safari trip as a family that we would always remember, and our holiday to Tanzania was even better than our expectations. Much of this was down to the smooth schedule and connections organised by Wayfairer. The local operators used were perfect, extremely knowledgeable of the wildlife and very considerate to our inquisitive children. Wayfairer were on hand during our trip (even over the Christmas holiday period) to answer queries. We couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent First Class Safari from the day we contacted Wayfairer to the day we return home.
Wayfairer was easy to work with, pricing was good and the Safari experience was wonderful!
We have been to Africa many times but your Kenya (Saruni Samburu and Saruni Wild) adventure ranks among our favorite Africa experiences. Thank Cat von Bredon for recommending Saruni Lodges where we were treated like special guests from the time we landed in Narobi to the day we left Saruni Wild. The wildlife is varied and plentiful.

Wayfairer helped me to put together a self directed safari that was a trip of a lifetime!
Wayfairer did a great job helping put together a self directed safari that began in Windhoek, Namibia ending three weeks later in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. It was a trip of a lifetime. At the outset we spent about a month batting ideas and potential itineraries back and forth until we were able to settle on an plan that fit my goals, budget, and time available for the trip. Over the next several months Wayfairer's concierge service was available to answer questions as they popped into mind as well as offering reminders as the trip approached, making sure I had the necessary immunizations and other similar details settled so that there would be no unwanted surprises when it came time to depart. And it was great having Wayfairer as a support team when my day of departure arrived and circumstances beyond my control made me miss my flight. I rearranged my flights while Wayfairer was able to reorganize accomodations and transportation in Windhoek last minute. I arrived a day later than planned, but I was greeted in Windhoek by Wayfairer's partners in country and they did a great job of adapting to my delayed arrival. On top of all of the delays, a checked bag got lost somewhere along the way. I thought I'd have to wait in Windhoek for the bag to arrive, but they assured me that I should start my safari and they'd see to it that the bag would catch up to me. Much to my surprise, the next day, hundreds of miles away at a lodge out in the middle of nowhere, my bag showed up no worse for wear. The 4x4 Toyota they arranged was perfect for the adventure, and the rental included the replacement of ruptured tires at no cost, border transfer paperwork, an ice chest for the trip, and a prepaid cell phone with every phone number you might need already programmed into the phone. Having all that in hand made the trip a lot less stressful, knowing that there was a support team a phone call away. I stayed at many lodges, ranging in size from just a few guests to maybe a hundred quests. I didn't have a bad experience at any of them and stayed at a few that I really hope to visit again and spend more time at the location. I met loads of fun and interesting people, accomplished all of my goals, and can't wait to put together another trip like this in the future. It truly was a trip of a lifetime and Wayfairer was great partner helping me to put this whole thing together. I'm an experienced traveler and don't generally look for help when planning a trip, but this trip required a lot of planning and organization, and the experienced folks at Wayfairer made the planning of this trip so much easier than it would have been if I'd try to do this on my own. I'm very happy with every aspect of this trip and would definitely recommend Wayfairer if you're looking for help putting together an amazing trip. Special thanks to Josh, Carmen, and Toon. Cheers! Matt
