One of its kind
I’dI will definitely recommend Kili Slope Tours & Safaris- they can offer a more unique experience with a personal touch, and offer a flexibility that other companies do not. I had contact with many companies but ended up with Kili slopes I will recommend all days in a week. David the owner I can’t even find good words to write about him he is the best and he gave us the best tour guide AMANI who made our safari one of its kind.
My family and I we we were so happy and felt so well taking care.
Thank you

Adventurous Safari!
We did the Safari tour with Kili slops! first day we went to Tarangire National park, lots of animals especially zebras, impalas, giraffes, wildebeest, elephants, monkeys, birds of all kinds .. we slept at the camp just outside the Serengeti and we met our expert guide Stuart, and our super chef Ali, them plus our 3 travel companions (a French, a Turkish and a Russian - they are special !!) we set off to explore the Serengeti (which means endless plane). Stuart managed to show us the wildebeest migration to the Mara river !! sensational!!!!! and then Lions, cheetahs, ostriches, hyenas ... the nice thing is that we were almost always alone, a few times we found ourselves with many jeeps to see the same animals, so the feeling was of a sustainable safari under the expert guidance of Stuart! ! Then we went to Nogorongoro - which was like entering in the book, “journey to the center of the earth! “ As a last stop we went to Lake Natron (perhaps the most painful trip because of the road, but it is absolutely worth the trip !!) Thanks guys!! it was truly an unforgettable experience!!!!

Kili Slope Tours were very accommodating, flexible, and answered all questions directly and honestly
Kili Slope Tours and Safaris Ltd efficiently organised for me good, budget level accommodation in Arusha, a one day Safari trip to Tarangire, an 8 day climb of Mt Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho route, and a 3 day safari to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater, as well as travel to Dar es Salaam and suitable accommodation there. They also gave good advice re my visiting a particular school in Arusha, banking and other general tips for my time around town. David Maro, his son, staff and tour guides were all very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive in ensuring that my trip ran as smoothly and enjoyably for me as possible. They even managed to patiently encourage 70 year old me to the top of Kili - a feat in itself. I highly recommend Kili Slope Tours and Safaris Ltd if you're looking to effectively plan a climb or safari based out of Arusha in Tanzania. Jeff Ellis, South Australia.

Stellar, five star safari in Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti!
This safari was FIVE STARS, hands down! We spotted all of the animals we’d hoped to see — lions, hippos, zebra, giraffes, leopards, etc, but also very rare animals including two black rhinos and even a caracal cat! However, it was the amazing dialogue with our guide/driver Amani that made this safari so enjoyable.
Amani was absolutely phenomenal! With over 15 years of tour experience, he proved to have a wealth of knowledge. Amani was extremely flexible and a pleasure to be on tour with - he shared so much information on the flora and fauna, but also about local culture and context. He was patient and answered our never-ending questions about the animals and their behaviours. Importantly, he was a skilled and safe driver, even under the sometimes challenging conditions of fog, and bumpy and dusty roads. Amani was well-known and clearly respected by other tour operators in the parks: others were very friendly with him, and we even heard a few specifically call out to him by name with tips over the CB radio. Amani also respected and upheld the rules of the parks, showing his deep respect for conservation and wild animal welfare.
Communicating with Ernest and David was very easy, and they were both quick to respond. The lodges were clean and as described, and the 'Intimate Tented Lodge' in the Serengeti National Park was particularly luxurious!
Would absolutely recommend!

Safari Subcontracted to Other Company
Quite surprised how expensive a 6 Day Safari in Tanzania could get. Price with Kili Slope Tour was quite good and the value for money (compared to other options) was decent.
Kili Slope subcontracted my safari to another company, so the schedule and details changed until the last minute. Was travelling solo was placed in a Land Cruiser with 6 people who all knew each other the first day and then a group of a different 5 people the next day.
The guide and cook were all good, the tents were OK/average compared to others and all safaris are in the same land cruiser, so no issues there.

Highly experienced and extremely accommodating!
I started researching this trip properly 3 years ago, & emailed a LOT of companies. Kili Slope Tours & Safaris stood out by far; the tour package they offered was perfect (mid range, 9 day safari inc Arusha National Park, 3 nights in the Serengeti, Taragire National Park, & the Ngorogoro crater), very small group (no more than 4), & the cost was extremely reasonable.
David, the owner, was so very helpful & fully answered all my many MANY questions at all hours on WhatsApp. I’d decided on Kili Slope Tours just as covid hit, but he kept in touch throughout & did not hassle, and was completely accommodating with the constant changes occurring due to the pandemic.
Kili Slope Tours offer small group safaris which really appealed to me. Pretty much all the companies use the same type of car, (4x4 Land Cruiser, who’s roof can be pushed up, with 7 seats + guide). Having witnessed a lot of the big tour companies packing the people into their cars, where every seat was taken, I was hugely grateful that David promised no more than 4. To be able to move about within the car & get to see everything when it mattered was so important. As it turned out, there was just me & one other guest in the car, as the other couple of guests had passport difficulties at the last minute (sad for them but a result for me).
My guide was Stuart, who’s company I very much enjoyed & who’s great experience & knowledge of nearly 20 years was obvious when we were out on safari. I’m sure everyone says that about their guide, but he took decisions that others did not, and as a result we witnessed some truly fabulous scenes, and we would quite often be the only car.
The accommodation & food at every location was v good, especially the luxury tented camp in the Serengeti which is an experience not to be missed.
I’d definitely recommend Kili Slope Tours & Safaris- they can offer a more unique experience with a personal touch, and offer a flexibility that other companies do not. I’d also add that travelling as a solo woman, I always felt particularly safe & well looked after.
Thank you, David (Senior & Junior) & Stuart, for making my Tanzanian safari trip a truly unforgettable experience.

Good support
We would like to say thank you to David and his team for all the organisations of our safary, because firstly we booked safari with differet company and it was fraud, person whom we made a preepayment stoped to answer our messages. So David helped us to make a report for police and search this person, he covered from his budget part of the fraud and organized us a new safari. He kept in touch us during all the trip and answered all our cuestions, very good support! Hotels and lodges were amazing, we felt african ambience during at all time of our safari!

Wonderful safari days with the perfect tour operator!
We only had 2 days for the safari and a very limited budget. Thanks to David and his team, we got a lot of positive emotions, saw a lot of animals in Tarangire and Arusha National Parks (including 4 of the big 5) and just had a great time.
Many thanks to Sia who turned out to be a very professional good guide, good driver and just a good guy.
I recommend Kili Slope to everyone.

Excellent
We had a very good time with our guide RAMADHAN CHAMBUSO. He picked us up at the hotel the first day and took excellent care of us until the end. His eye for animals is unique. We have seen them all. Since we were traveling alone with him as a family, he was able to perfectly adapt the five safari days to our wishes and his ideas.

Awesome 4day safari experience
Through a friend I got in touch with Kilislopes and David organized a wonderful safari tour for me and my girlfriend.
The communication was fast and uncomplicated, due to Corona we could only confirm our trip the day before we arrived but everything worked out perfectly. We were picked up at the airport and started from there with guide and cook on an incredible 4-day camping safari (Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ncorongoro Crater). We saw the BIG 5 and the overnight stay in a tent in the Serengeti was a unique experience. The safari exceeded my expectations - thanks a lot for these amazing days! Asante sana!
