Unforgettable Experience, 5 stars
I booked through Wakanda after my original booking through another operator was cancelled at short notice - and am I glad that happened! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Bartho was always on hand to answer my questions and always responded very quickly which made the admin side of things very hassle free.
As for the safari itself, Lewis was an incredible guide: friendly, patient and over 20 years experience which meant he knew exactly where to put the jeep to get us the best shots of the animals. We saw the Big 5 and often were close enough to them to touch if we'd wanted. The choice of camping was also excellent as it really felt wild and many mornings we'd wake up to animals around our tents which was special.
Finally, we had an amazing cook in Doola who literally was up cooking in the middle of the night to provide us with delicious meals at all times. His bread may be the best I've ever tasted and that's no small feat given how it is made (you'll have to book to find out!)
Overall, an undoubted 5 star experience and one of the best tours I've had travelling. So don't look any further, in Wakanda you are in extremely safe hands.

Amazing!!!
This was by far the best trip/experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we booked, I started calling around because I prefer to talk to a live person. Bartho picked up the phone and explained everything thoroughly. Every question or concern I had from there on was answered in a timely manner. I’ve been to a few countries and when I tell you I felt welcomed, I truly mean it. We got there a few days before our safari, we got picked up by Ben, we asked Ben about what we could do for the couple of days before our safari and he made sure we knew what to do, where to go, and how to feel safe. On safari day we met our driver/guide,Felix. Felix was amazing, such a humble and amazing soul. He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals and safari and didn’t mind answering any questions. We saw the big 5 and some. He had a great sense of humor and we never had a dull moment. Shortly after we met our chef, Sulejmani, he was great. Sule’s food was delicious and he even accommodated a few things I asked for. I will never forget Sule, Felix and the staff coming out with a freshly baked birthday cake and singing happy birthday to me, a birthday I will never forget. On the last day thankfully, Bartho booked our transport to the airport. We honestly had the best time and experience and I’m happy I picked Serengeti Wakanda tours.

Amazing trip made by an amazing guide
We had an incredible adventure that is difficult to capture in words. Firstly our guide, Andrew, was not only a fountain of knowledge on wildlife and local culture (being half Masai himself) he was also very kind, humble and funny sharing many great stories with us over a cold beer. He went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience and we left with the feeling we’d made a good friend. Secondly, we had the chef par excellence, Abdullah, who made sure we had delicious food every day and were the envy of other tour groups.
Coming from South Africa I’ve done a lot of safaris but this was extra special, and I’d recommend it to anyone that wants an adventure with kind, knowledgable and thoughtful guides. You won’t regret going worth Wakanda that’s for sure!

A wonderful experience from a fantastically well run company!
Our safari with Serengeti Wakanda Tours was totally unforgettable. From the moment of booking Bartho was easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful, answering all our questions well and quickly. Our guide Louis was lovely and was excellent at finding the animals - we can't believe how much we were able to see. The food is also brilliant and we were very impressed with how much delicious food our chef Suli could make with the limited camping cooking equipment available! Best guide, food and organisation for a reasonable price. Simply marvelous!
When it comes to choose a Safari operator it can be a though decission, but choosing Wakanda Seremgeti Tours was definitely the right call. Honestly i dont think it could get any better.
I did with my girlfriend a 6 days group safari along the National Parks of Lake Manyara, Taranguire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. You can do it also private, but i recommend to do it in group, since you can meet new people and its much cheaper. We were six people in the car plus the guide and the cook. As it was the start of the season there was not many people around, so we also happy for that.
Our guide Andrew made our Safari unforgettable. Thanks to his knowledge about animals, great driving skills and sense of humor we had the hell of a time. The cook Dulla prepares every meal with a lot of love and as we compare our food whith the lunch that tourist from other operators where getting, we were definitely happy to choose Wakanda Serengeti Tours. Finally i want to mention Bartho. He replied to every mail inmediately and organised the tour for you in a fantastic manner.
Top Safari operator! I wish i can go again to these magical place :)

Perfect Service, Perfect Organization and Perfect Staff
The best possible way to discover and enjoy an amazing place. We had a perfect experience all throughout the Safari.
We went to the main national parks and of course Serengueti, I reccomend doing the full 6 day Safari. We saw all kind of animals including the Big 5, we also saw a cheetah hunting, all these thanks to our great and experienced guide. The camp sites, tents and car were all in very good conditions and comfortable. Each park has it uniqueness and Serengueti being the best part.
I highly recommend if you are booking a Safari to ask for Andrew Wilson, he is the best guide in town. Not only he has a great sight, and knows everything about each park, he is also very funny, helpful and passionate about what you get to see and he is looking that his clients get the best possible experience.
In terms of food we ate incredible, every meal was a great surprise, our Chef Dula is a very good cook, and we had delicious food during every day. With Andrew and Dula we laughed a lot and had a good time.
Normally I have some constructive feedback to give in a trip however in this one we had a perfect experience. Definitely go Serengueti Wakanda and ask for Andrew and Dula to be the team to be hosting the Safari.

THE BEST SAFARI! DONT LOOK FOR ANY OTHER COMPANY!
We traveled to Tanzania at the end of May 2022 and began the 6 day Safari with Serengeti Tanzania. IT WAS AMAZING! The best experience of my life. Here's why:
1. The planning: From the moment I got in touch with the company, I had the best service. Did it through Whatsapp, which was really convenient. Coordinated absolutely everything, all of my doubt and questions and got my confirmation receipts.
2. Airport pickup: It was waiting for us even if we had a change of schedule and picked us up really late at night to take us to the hotel.
3. The car: AMAZING, so comfortable, big, with everything you need, from plugs to wine.
4. ANDREW: The best part of the trip was our guide! Andrew was the most kind, funny, and really unique guide I've met. He really loves Serengeti and the parks and projects a different and wonderful attitude when showing you around. He has the best stories, the best sense of humor and the best driving skills! He know the places, the animals'behavior, and is one step ahead of all of the other guides, so you get to see everything in front row! If you book with Serengeti, be sure to ask for Andrew as your guide, he will make your trip worth it.
5. DULA! Our chef was over the top! We had the most delicious food every day for every meal. Abdul cooked with his heart and we could really see the difference between what we ate, and what everyone else ate at the picnic stations. Everything was too good.
6. The camping: It was more than anything I imagined, sleeping next to grassing zebras and listening to lion roars at night! Also the lodges were really ok, not the most luxurious, but more than enough for people who like confort, but also a little adventure.
7. The places: We went to Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Serengeti and Norongoro. The tour is perfectly planned to slowly build up your expectations towards the next best thing. All breathtaking places.
I would definitely recommend Serengeti Wakanda to anyone traveling to Tanzania. Just choose the best package for your taste (camping, lodges or luxury), but be sure to ask for Andrew and Dula as your guide and chef! That will make the difference.
Really thankful for everything! We had the time of our lives :) Can't wait to go back soon.

Amazing safari
We had an unforgettable safari with a great team. We did 6 days of safari (Manyara park, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) including 2 nights in a lodge and 3 nights in a tent. Andrew is an excellent driver and an excellent guide (who speaks French very well). He managed to show us incredible spots and explained a lot about plants, massai and animals. He has 8 years of experience as a guide and told us a lot of unusual experiences that happened during his safaris.
Chef Dula, who accompanied us during this stay, concocted very good feasts for each meal (starters, main courses and desserts).
If it had to be done again, we would do it again without hesitation with the same team.

We saw many, many animals and our guide told us all about each one.
If you are looking for a great safari, you can stop looking because you have just found it. My husband and I took the 6 day camping safari. Everything was perfect. Bartho, the owner, answered all my questions promptly via email and was very easy to work with. There were 5 tourists on our safari (max is 6) and our guide, Andrew, was wonderful to each one of us. He was very knowledgeable about every animal and bird we saw. He would always get us in the perfect location to best see the animals and anticipate what the animals would do so he could position the vehicle. He is a lovely, kind man. We saw so many animals (including the Big 5). I didn't know what the food would be but we had three meals a day prepared by the cook Dula using fresh ingredients. We saw other safari groups having box lunches but we had excellent dishes of food. The freshly baked bread using a camp oven was suberb. Two nights were in a basic lodge and three nights camping. The tents were large enough for 2 people and luggage and we each were issued a nice foam mattress so we slept well. The campgrounds had flush toilets and showers. I wouldn't hesitate to book another safari with them.

Let me start off with my guide, Andrew. Wow is he amazing!! He knows these parks like the back of this hand and knows exactly how and where to find animals. His skill to spot things is incredible and his determination to show you as many animals as he can is awesome!! It’s clear that he loves his job and the parks and I love that. I truly feel so grateful he was my guide. Thank you for your expertise and your stories Andrew!!! My next big thanks goes to Doola. He was an amazing cook for us and spent hours preparing the best meals. Even our picnic lunches had 5 courses. It was fantastic. And finally, thank you bartho! He’s the one who does the booking and he was very accommodating for me and my last minute booking with a tight schedule. He made sure I had a great safari and took the time to meet me at my hotel the day before the safari started. Serengeti Wakanda is an awesome company with great people and awesome equipment. I highly highly recommend booking with them.
