Saw all Big 5!!
We took 5 day 4 Nights safari with Afrishare. We spent 3 days in Serengeti and rest of the time in Ngorogoro... thanks to the expertise of the guide provided by Afrishare we could see all Big 5 including Rhino. As luck would have it we saw - 6 Rhinos. 5 Chitahs, 3-4 Leopards and countless Lions. Somehow the guide @Moses had knack and patience to take us to the right areas where animals can be seen. Some sessions were not so good but he stuck to the task. The food cooked and served by @Rafiqi was great. He surprised us by serving pasta, pizza in middle of the jungle. Too good. Kudos to @Ibrahim to put together such a team.
We did have a hiccup on the way. The vehicle had gear box problem. The replacement vehicle took a while but the team made up for the lost time!!

Best safari experience
I gave my fiancé the 5-Day safari tour organized by Afrishare for his 30th birthday, and it was the best decision, we had the best time! Everything was very well organized, and the guides were really great! We had Francis in Kenya and Rama in Tanzania and we learned so much from both of them - thanks again!
The accommodations on the safari were safe, clean and in beautiful and convenient locations. I cannot eat gluten and it was not an issue at all, I still got really tasty meals everywhere!
We had to postpone the safari from the original dates due to health reasons but Ibrahim handled everything perfectly. He was always available to chat and help with any question/issue we had, so i always felt well taken care of.
We will definitely book our future africe tours with this company again as we can trust they will take care of us well!

Unforgettable Cultural Experience, Safari in Arusha National Park and Trekking on Mt. Kilimanjaro
I had an incredible experience visiting Tanzania with Afrishare. The director of the company, Ibra, helped us to coordinate hiking Mount Kilimanjaro, a safari in Arusha National Park, and a month-long course on Landscape Restoration in Moshi. Ibra taught us cultural lessons and did an impeccable job of selecting host families and making sure we were comfortable with them. Each day he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have an excellent learning environment. Ibra is especially good at sharing his positive attitude and coordinating logistics with many stakeholders. We were also able to spend two days on safari in Arusha National Park. It was a magical experience as we were able to go on a walking safari and get very close to giraffes, water buffalo, and flamingos! After our course ended, thanks to Ibra, we were also able to plan a hiking excursion up Mount Kilimanjaro. Ibra selected a team of professional and well-trained guides to accompany us on our journey. We were able to summit and see marvelous views during our trek up the mountain. The accommodations and food on the mountain were incredible as well and surpassed my expectations. Afrishare helped to make my time in Tanzania a wonderful and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend working with Ibra and his team at Afrishare to plan your next adventure in Tanzania!

Wonderful experience hiking Kilimanjaro and exploring Moshi and Arusha!
My friends and I hiked the Marangu Route (5 days) up Kilimanjaro through Afrishare and had a wonderful experience! The food was excellent, the accommodations were comfortable, and with the help of our experienced guides and a great team of porters, we made it to the summit. We felt safe and well-supported throughout our journey.
The director of Afrishare, Ibra Mkwizu, was a particularly stellar host who made our experience in Tanzania welcoming and stress-free. He coordinated every aspect of our hike, including transportation and lodging on either end. Ibra sent us a driver to pick us up from Arusha, hosted us at his own home for breakfast, personally worked with us to get every piece of gear we needed and advise us on what we should pack, gave us a place to safely store the rest of our luggage, and dropped us off with our crew to begin the hike. When we got off the trail, he again hosted us for a home-cooked lunch, provided us with a room to shower, and dropped us off at the airport. We never had to worry about logistics while Ibra was taking care of us.
In addition, Ibra acted as our logistics coordinator while we spent three weeks in Moshi and Arusha for a college geography course. He took care of everything — park fees, transportation, preparing host families for us to stay with, packing lunches for our days out in the field, and much more. Ibra traveled with us every day to make sure we had everything we needed to explore the Kilimanjaro region. He took on these responsibilities in addition to his normal work directing Afrishare, and did a wonderful job.
I would recommend Afrishare to anyone hoping to travel to Tanzania — for a Kilimanjaro hike, safari, or anything else!

Professional and Reliable + Great Safari
I spent four weeks working closely with AfriShare to organize my stay in Tanzania. AfriShare helped plan everything from trips to National Parks to summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro. We worked with the company’s director - Ibraham Mkwizu who made sure all of our needs were taken care of and the trips went very smoothly. I strongly recommend using this company to book any of your safari and mountaineering trips. Their service was reliable and of the highest quality. The food, lodging, and service provided on the mountain was amazing. They were very accommodating to any changes in our schedules and worked to make our time in Africa unforgettable.

Affordable but very professional company
We are a couple and we did a 5 days/4 nights Safari. It was a precious and unforgettable experience also thanks to our super guide Rama. We saw a lot of animals in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. They also allowed us to make a last minute switch from Lake Manyara to a cultural tour in Mto Wa Mbu and it totally worth it! All the accomodotion were nice and comfortable.

Everything was great
Everything worked out just as we had hoped. We were picked up in the morning, drove to Tarangire, spent a beautiful day there with lots of animals, and were brought back again. Very kind and sympathetic driver. This company had the best price we could find.

Great experience with Afrishare
There was pleasant and informative communication before the trip. Once we arrived the pick up was arranged and we could start with our safari. The driver Atif we had knew a lot about the parks and the animals so we learned a lot. Besides that the parks are beautiful, we saw a lot of animals and the trip was great. Thank you!

Adventure of a lifetime
Lots of wildlife. Gorgeous setting. High tourism and resort presence diminish bush vibe. Focused on mammals and birding. Lameck is the best safari guide.
Highly recommend Migration Venture Africa.

5 days Tanzania safari Experience with Afrishare Trekking and Safaris
My top 3 tips...
-definitely they choose accommodation near on within safari, to minimize early morning and late afternoon to and fro driving
- driving transfers to and from airport, and safari location though gave us a good insight into Tanzanian life
- the choice of safari vehicle?! - we choice a 'roof opening up' vehicle which worked fine - allowed us to stay warm and comfortable when driving around especially early morning versus an open sided / soft sided vehicle
From the bottom our hearts we thank Afrishare Trekking and Safaris that we have interacted with, especially for taking great care of our concerns and made us feel comfortable and enjoy our vacation
