Professional with personal touch,100% recommend
7 days trip with Francis. He has helped us personalize the trip to our liking. He is highly knowledgeable and professional but on top of that super sweet and adds his personal touch to the whole experience. Everything was well organized and on time, lodges were great (mid luxury package) and experience was unforgettable. Travelling with Nature Connect Safaris Uganda was one of the best experiences I've had! This was my first time visiting a country in Africa and it was absolutely spectacular. Francis really earns all of the credit, he managed to design a tour that really fit the balance between a classic safari while also incorporating cultural elements that were absolutely unique. He additionally knows his country like the back of his hand, and was able to answer any question I asked with clarity and detail; trust me I had a lot of questions but recieved even more answers! The safari was very secure, we felt safe the entire time. Additionally we were able to see so many things in just 13 days from Chimpanzees to gorillas to lions and leapords; from traditional dances to the cultivation of coffee and the preparation of banana gin. We were also able to see the diverse geographies that Uganda has to offer, all of which were thanks to the wonderful tour organized by Nature Connect Safaris Uganda.

Outstanding made the trip and my 70th birthday very memorable.
I have taken other safari tours in Africa, and this is the best company. Well organized, communicates and responds to WhatsApp quickly, excellent value for tour plan, exceptional accommodations and a private tour. They were also very flexible to change plans while traveling to accommodate our personal interests such as visiting the cultural and people of Uganda. Our tour guide and driver Francis was very polite, good driver, always 24/7 to meet our needs or answer questions, had close relationships with the park rangers, very friendly and became one of our family members! If you are going to visit Uganda hire this company.

Very experienced safari tours operator, with very pro-client attitude and competetive fares.
This safari operator communicated trought e-mail and whatsapp. After initial inquiry regarding pricing and itinerary, we agreed on proposed plan of our 8-days safari and accommodations. All accommodations that were chosen for our stay were simply perfect. We traveled during low season, so national parks and lodges were not crowded, in one case, we have been only guest in superior lodge in Queen Elizabeth NP. Our guide Moses was always supportive and managed to drive long distances in good mood and very safely. As our car, we used Toyota Land Cruiser with pop-up roof, and our comfort during travelling and safari was extraordinary. When we had some free time in the afternoon, he was always ready to give us some advice about what to explore, and some of these unplanned tours were the best part of our stay. For the choice of restaurants for lunch, because meals were included in our package, we would welcome some better places. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we really value Moses' expertise, driving skills, language skills, organisation and reliability. Communication with Francis was also perfect.

The perfect trip
From first communications with Nature Connect Francis was excellent. Sorting the tour for us and organizing our pick up. He gave us all the detailed information we needed for our trip to see the Gorillas.
Francis was very friendly knowledgeable and always on time. He made the journey from Entebbe to Bwindi very interesting with his local knowledge. The lodges used on the tour were fantastic and the information Francis gave us about the Gorillas before our trek fascinating and informative. The recommendation for a porter to help us on our trip was priceless. We would not think twice about recommending Nature Connect and have recommended them to all of our friends. We feel very lucky we found Francis. We feel we have made a friend and memories for life.

Very flexible and enjoyable experience
Lots of patience displayed both in person and via mail answering all our requests to tailor the trip to our exact needs. My family of four including a 9yr old and 2yr old were able to handle trip out to ishasha. The planning was great, and small things like taking us to the East African market at the end of the safari, and quick stops by crater lakes and tea plantations really made our experience special. Special thanks and regards to Francis our guide until we meet again. Love Zepha & fam.
Amazing Safari experience with the best Tourguide !!
All was very well organized from the booking procedure to arrival and departure, perfectly communicated. The Tourguide gave us information in detail before our travels and still it was above all our expectations! Fantastic service overall at the hotel and especially thanks to our guide and driver Francis who really helped us see the Safari and surroundings in the best way possible. He made sure to tell us all the important facts of the animals, the nature and culture of Uganda and was at our every disposal… always with a smile!! Thank you so much for the beautiful days together and for the early morning and late night Safari tours (that was not even included from the beginning !) we will definitely book with you next time again. 5 star ⭐️

Francis is a very helpful and enthusiastic tour guide!
We were supposed to start our safari in July, but due to a positive COVID-19 test we couldn't go. Fortunately Francis was able to think fast and reschedule the entire safari for us. Throughout this entire process he always kept in contact and asked about our preferences for the new schedule and accommodations.
When we finally arrived it became clear that he booked us the most amazing lodges and tours. Great value for money! Francis would always go above and beyond to show us all the beautiful things Uganda has to offer. He would take the time to explain and give us as much time as we needed to watch and take pictures of the wildlife, which he himself is also very passionate about. He also has a very nice personality and is relaxed and funny.

Francis was such an amazing host, he was kind, fun, knowledgable and very well organised! He was prompted with communications, planned a route specific to our needs and was great value. The accommodation he organised were absolutely stunning, he took every opportunity to make our trip special and didn’t shortcut anything. His local knowledge and friendly attitude to everyone was evident each day. The Safari drives he took is on exceeded all expectations, we saw so many amazing animals and feel so lucky we chose Francis.
