I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a safari in Botswana with Fine Bush Tours, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations, especially considering how last-minute the trip was organized. Their communication was excellent from the very beginning—responsive, clear, and accommodating to all my requests despite the short notice.
The service throughout the tour was top-notch. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the region, making each stop feel like a well-curated experience. We visited some fantastic locations that were not overcrowded, allowing for an intimate encounter with nature. The timing and logistics of the tour were seamless, a testament to the company's reliability.

We requested a quote 3 night tour at very short notice. We were given a choice of 4 within an hour!
Fabulous 3 night tour. Wonderful 15min flight to a simply exceptional lodge. Fabulous food from a top chef. Wonderful friendly staff. An absolutely first class guide - Jacob - who went above and beyond for us all. Our safari experience in the Delta was truly amazing. We can recommend Fine Bush Tours - they delivered for us!

They organized a very good Value for money trip for us to Zim and Chobe organized Everything very well, was a great trip made sure we had the best of everything. We had a short time and they made sure we got to see everything we wanted. Was 5 star service. I would recommend Fine Bush Tours for a trip of a lifetime, and anyone from The Usa who wants. Our trip to Sable Alley was nothing short of amazing, thanks to Fine Bush Tours. From the start, their service was top-notch. The agent was incredibly nice, engaging, and welcoming, making the booking process a breeze. Prices were very affordable, and the value was outstanding. They arranged transportation to and from Sable Alley, and the vehicle provided was spotless and comfortable. We were also impressed with the secure parking arranged for our car in Maun. Exceptional
I knew Fine Bush tours since 2021. Their service is exceptional and the operators are professional. As their client they made constant communication with me during my trips and made sure i am safe and comfortable during the entire time ( quotation stage until the day i returned from vacation).They recommended best hotels,transportation and activities. Fine Bush Tours are reliable and always a step ahead should their client encounter any challenge. I used them during my trips to the okavango delta, Egypt and Dubai just to mention a few. All the trips were worth it and exceeded my expectations.

Right from the outset, Ihani was easy to contact, helpful and friendly. She was flexible and able to change our arrangements and suggest alternatives when needed. When we arrived in Maun at both ends of our safari she (and her very friendly family!) was there to meet us and to ensure that we felt looked after and to help us with our many questions and to assist us with the arrangements and where to go.
My one issue with Fine Bush Tours was that payment could only be made in advance by direct bank transfer. Although this worked well, it takes a lot of trust to send a large amount of money across the world to a small company in this way. I would hope that credit card payments could be accepted in the near future, to give a level of security.

Incredible. Ihani took care of everything for us from flight to transfers.
Working with Fine Bush Tours was top-notch. We visited three lodges, and the entire trip gave us a broad and rich experience of the Okavango Delta. The trip was beyond my wildest dreams. The lodges, food, and staff were incredible. We always felt that we were in the know with all the details regarding the trip and safari. We saw every animal that was on our list and then some. The entire experience was organized with complete precision. I can't recommend this experience and company enough. Although beware, once you go to the Okavango Delta, you will spend your life missing the Okavango Delta! Thank you, Ihani for an incredible trip!
