Super accommodating and willing to work with you!
5/5

This was an overall great experience. Ruth from East African Jungle Safaris was willing to work with me to fit in every activity I wanted within the limited timeframe that I had. Farouq, my driver, went above and beyond in helping me manage the lodging and even offering me an extra pair of long socks that he had packed when I forgot mine. Both of them were incredible, and it made the gorilla trekking all the better.

Great tour, well organised, awesome guide
5/5

Went on an overnight tour to Akagera National Park with Gerald as a guide. The tour was great, Gerald was an awesome guide very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about all the animals and the region. Also a very safe driver. Would definitely recommend him as a guide and will look at booking him as a guide again if I make it back to see more of East Africa.

Ruth who organised the tour and itinerary for me was also very helpful and responsive. Overall great experience and no complaints.

Ronnie Provided An Unforgettable Adventure with East African Tour
5/5

My recent experience with East African Tour in Uganda remains a highlight of my travel history. The company allowed for a vibrant exploration of the Murchison Falls, an awe-inspiring spectacle on the Nile River, a visit the the Rhino sanctuary, and exploration of the national park.

Our guide, Ronnie, contributed immensely to the overall richness of the journey. His comprehensive understanding of Ugandan history and culture added a unique depth to our trip. His warm demeanor and engaging storytelling held our interest as we navigated through the fascinating narratives of the nation's past.

Yet, it was not just the cultural insight that distinguished Ronnie; his knack for bringing Uganda's natural beauty into the limelight remained unparalleled. Through his guidance, we encountered majestic Rhinos, elegant Giraffes, impressive Elephants, mighty Lions, and various exotic birds. Each sighting held us captive, underlining the diversity and splendor of Ugandan wildlife.

What left an impression was Ronnie's evident passion and respect for nature. His accurate identification of wildlife and his sincere concern for their habitats heightened the significance of our tour.

The unforgettable sight of Murchison Falls, the robust force of the Nile River, and the pulsating life within the Ugandan wilderness made this an unforgettable experience.

If you plan a tour in Uganda, East African Tour should be your choice. Ask for Ronnie as your guide for an adventure that you will treasure forever. His expertise, coupled with the company's commitment to professionalism and well-structured itineraries, made for an incomparable journey.

Thank you, East African Tour, and especially Ronnie, for revealing the heart of Uganda to us. We look forward to future encounters.

Great guide, exceptional value
5/5

Purchase was straightforward and problem free. Our guide Ronnie met us at our hotel and drove us throughout our trip. The rhino sanctuary was enjoyable. The game drives were the highlight. We saw everything we wanted to see and our guide ensured the experience was tailored to our interests. He was knowledgeable and prepared to answer our questions about mammals, birds, and Uganda. Accommodations were warm and beautifully situated, and the food was always generously portioned and good. Ronnie adjusted to accommodate some of our specific requests, adjusting timelines and emphases as needed. For the value it simply can’t be beat.

Ronald was extremely friendly, and guided us on a great tour through Rwanda.
5/5

My friend and I booked a last minute chimpanzee trekking tour with East African Jungle Safaris. Our tour guide, Ronald, picked us up from the airport and drove us to our destination, providing additional stops along the way to show us a genocide memorial, and the King’s Palace museum. The chimpanzee trekking was incredible. We felt safe the entire time, and the accommodations, although very basic, were more than comfortable.

The gorrila trek being the highlight, as well as the chimps visit. Ticked many off my bucket list, incredible time. Will definitely recommend them and use them for future trips. Thanks, I had an awesome time. Food and accommodation on the budget option was beyond expectations. Great overall experience.

A very friendly experience
5/5

This is was my first Safari experience and must say it was amazing! Sam, the tour guide, was super friendly and we talk all the way there. The communication and the service were exceptional. They answered all my questions very fast and clarifying any doubts. The Safari itself was incredible! I was lucky enough to be the only guest that day in the tour so I got the chance to stop and enjoy every single moment in Lake Mburo National Park. I recommend this safari experience 100%

I had the trip of a lifetime, due to Abraham, Ruth, & my tour guide Frank, I felt so safe!
5/5

I went through Safari Bookings to get referrals from 3 different tour operators. Safari Bookings guided me so wonderfully to East African Jungle Safaris.

Being a single woman in her 60's I was very concerned to take a trip to Rwanda on my own. After much research I choose East African Jungle Safaris to be my tour operator, and I hit the jackpot. I must have emailed Abraham Kyagulanyi about 30 times with question after question. He answered each of my questions right away and was very passionate about his company. He is the one that had me feeling like this was a professional tour operator, who was very reasonable with prices, and responded immediately to all my questions. I felt in such good hands. I then had the pleasure of working with Ruth Nabadda, who made arrangements for me when it was time to leave. She too was exceptional at her job and I felt in good hands. She introduced me to my tour guide/driver for the tour, Frank Bayangu.

Frank Bayangu, is the best tour guide/driver I have ever had. He made my trip to see the gorillas one that I will always remember and cherish. It truly was a trip of a lifetime. He was not only very reliable, I felt safe, he helped me with everything I needed, was an exceptional driver. And had such a passion for East African Safaris, and his job was done so professionally and with such a special way of helping me see all the beauty of the country, especially the people. I had such a wonderful experience feeling the joy, kindness, love and absolute beauty of the people and the country, that they filled my heart and soul. Much of this is attributable to Frank and his love, kindness and knowledge of Rwanda. It was infectious to be part of such an experience. I went to see the gorillas, who were magical and exciting in all their beauty, which I will never forget. But came away with a love for the people and especially for my tour guide, Frank who is not only a friend now, but feels like he will be always a part of my life. Thank you East African Jungle Safaris and especially, Frank Bayangu for making all my dreams come true. I wouldn't book with anyone else.

Blessing Always

Always ask our question
5/5

The trip was very well organized. We chose the base budget and the accommodation and food were wonderful, much more than expected. It was a good trip, our guide always answered our questions and never put a “but” to any request, he always looked for the best way for us to be calm and satisfied. The only small detail was that there were inaccuracies in the program, but they tried to accommodate after our demand to do what the agenda said. Totally recommended, I have done several safaris in Africa and this has been the most personalized and with good service.

Amazing 3 day trip to Bwindi and Bunyonyi from Kigali
5/5

I had an amazing 3 day trip to Bwindi and Lake Bunyonyi with East African Jungle Safaris. Special thanks to my guide Ronald for the opportunity to stop for bird watching on the way to our destinations. On the first day I was picked up by Ronald from my hotel in Kigali and we headed to Uganda. On the way we did a lot of stops to enjoy the beautiful sceneries. The first accommodation (small private wooden house) in a small village in Bwindi had an amazing view on the forest. In the evening I did a cultural walk through the village. Next days in the morning we headed to our mail activity, Gorilla trekking. Don’t forget a mask (it’s a permanent requirement regardless of Covid), gloves and long socks to protect you from ants (which bite painfully). As we were lucky to find gorillas quite fast, we could arrive to Bunyonyi in the early afternoon so that I could do the kayaking on the same day. Bunyonyi is a very underestimated place with great views, flowers, birds. Don’t skip it if you go to Bwindi. On the last day after late breakfast we went to Kigali with a few stops for birds watching.
