Amazing
Reginal was simply amazing. He always responded promptly day and night to all 623 questions I had. He booked a great driver with excellent knowledge of Rwanda to drive us to our gorilla trek. The driver even introduced my son to local residents and children that he played soccer with. Great company with wonderful, helpful people. Thank you for everything!

Perfect Trekking Experience Because of Coordinated, Professional Team
Rwanda Eco Company was a communicative, professional team that made my gorilla trekking experience in Volcanoes Park absolutely fantastic. My guide, Emile, was punctual, so knowledgeable about everything Rwanda-related, and happy to answer my endless questions about the country. When we arrived at the park for trekking, he recommended I hire a porter and explained why (supports the community, people have unknown reactions to the altitude, etc), which ended up being a VERY wise decision - my trek went from medium to hard when the gorillas moved. The trekking itself was life-changing and exhausting. So it was a relief to see Emile patiently waiting when I returned six hours later, and he was ready to lend a helping hand with translating for some post-trek shopping. We went to a fabulous lunch place, after which, I was dropped off at my hotel. I have to say, one of the best things about this company was the mere fact that they provided my guide’s name and phone number prior to my arrival in Rwanda AND Emile was so responsive via phone. It made all the difference in feeling secure about planning a trip from across the globe. Overall, this was an easy to plan, fulfilling experience that I will remember forever. We had been eagerly looking forward to our 14-day Rwanda Safari, a journey promised to be full of incredible wildlife encounters, stunning landscapes, and unforgettable experiences. Unfortunately, our trip couldn’t happen due to a medical event that left one of our party unable to travel. However, I must commend the Rwanda Eco Safari and Fred Odyek for their professionalism and trustworthiness throughout this difficult situation.
From the beginning, Rwanda Eco Safari had been attentive and responsive in helping us plan the perfect safari. They provided a detailed itinerary that showcased Rwanda's incredible biodiversity, including visits to national parks, wildlife reserves, and cultural sites.
Regrettably, prior to the trip, a member of our party experienced a major medical event that prevented us from undertaking the safari as planned. We were devastated to miss out on this trip of lifetime that we had been eagerly anticipating. In this challenging moment, Rwanda Eco Safari truly stepped up, Fred Odyek’s swift response and support were truly commendable, and we felt reassured despite the unfortunate circumstances.
One of the most impressive aspects of the Rwanda Eco Safari service was their commitment to transparency and fairness. They understood the situation and promptly initiated discussions about possible refunds for deposit that we had already paid. Fred Odyek’s straightforward communication and willingness to address our concerns demonstrated Rwanda Eco Safari’s integrity and reliability.
In conclusion, whilst our trip to Rwanda didn't unfold, Rwanda Eco Safari exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We remain hopeful that we will have the opportunity to make it to Rwanda in the future to experience the incredible wildlife and landscapes that we missed out on this time. Amazing!
We done 2-days safari Akagera Park. Doubtless, our guide was the best part of our trip, is name was Vincent. He was reaally kind with us, is a very great driver and he as a exceptional view to spot animals!
The Lodge was amazing and everything was included except drinks! Definitwly, we would repet with them!!

Excellent choice as a tour consultant for East African safaris!
Highly recommend Fred and the rest of Rwanda Eco team! We went on a two-week safari in Uganda and Tanzania. Our tour guides were really helpful and knowledgeable: we had some interesting conversations about topics ranging from political and economic situation to environmental protection and the effectiveness of conservational efforts in Uganda. On the office/operational side side of things, Fred turned out to be a splendid tour consultant: his recommendations about lodges couldn’t have been more right (definitely follow his advice if he recommends Nkuringo Lodge in Bwindi!). More importantly still, he has been available instantly every time we needed his support (includings a few times late at night), advising us and efficiently resolving the challenges that turned up on the way.

Excellent Guide to all things Rwanda
I had an absolutely amazing experience in Rwandan with Rwanda Eco. The arrangement for transportation and accommodation was very smooth and they even took me to get a rapid COVID test before going to Akagera. It was wonderful to have everything taken care of and my drivers were very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly! I do love to have independence when traveling but it was very nice to have Rwanda Eco Company take care of everything for my two trips. By the way, the gorilla trek is an absolute must-do once in a lifetime experience! You won’t regret it! I am definitely coming back to do another safari in Akagera with them.

It was a unique and unforgettable experience to meet the Mountain Gorrilaz and to experience them in the wild. I will always remember this. The team is really great and flexible, like a second family. Besides the trip to the Gorillaz, I experienced the wonderful landscape of Rwanda and thanks to my great driver I also learned a lot about Rwanda and its history.
