Ilona planned a wonderful trip for me!
Ilona from Safari Online designed the itinerary for my trip to Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia and it was absolutely wonderful. I have had other safari trips before which were also amazing, but this is the best interaction I've ever had with a travel agent. After a few quick questions, Ilona completely understood my needs and preference and I liked the initial packages very much already. In between I had to change the plan several times in terms of number of travellers, timing, destination, etc. due to personal reasons, Ilona was always super responsive, professional and efficient in modifying the plan and designing the most suitable option for me. And I loved the itinerary she created.
The trip was fantastic - incredible animals and stunning sunsets everyday. The experience of overlooking the Okavango Delta from the aircraft was unforgettable. Lodges were amazing and the transfers were smooth and well organised. Highly recommend!

Karina did an amazing job with organising our safari- perfect!
We booked from New Zealand so I was a little hesitant but I can honestly say we never had a hiccup. Loved our itinerary Karina put together for us- lodges and staff were wonderful. Loved flying in the small aircraft’s between lodges- cut down travelling time

Best Vacation EVER!
We were referred to Kim Wagner from a neighbor after I was so overwhelmed with all the choices trying to plan the trip myself. Kim was absolutely AMAZING! She asked great questions to help me determine what we wanted out of our safari experience and budget, listened and planned our trip based on those answers. She was incredibly responsive to all the questions I had. Kim was even available, going above and beyond, when we had arrived a day early, due to airline issues, in JoBurg and didn't know where to stay safely. She had a hotel and driver picked out for us within 10 minutes of me calling. We can't say Thank You enough to her for all her diligent assistance!
After all that, we had the most amazing 8 days in Zimbabwe and Botswana. The lodges were so great, their staff were so welcoming and friendly and the activities were fun.

Amazing
I wish I could relive this exact trip again and again because it was perfectly curated and so much fun. Kim Wagner did such a great job planning this for my family. We loved all of the places we stayed so much, our guides were exceptional, and the flow of the trip was perfect. Perfect!
Our 11-day Botswana safari, organized by Walter Kohrs at Safari Online, was absolutely spectacular, far surpassing even our lofty expectations. There were a few challenges to our safari itinerary that we presented to Walter, yet he was able to successfully overcome all of them. He addressed every single one of my (numerous) questions and concerns in every e-mail, and always got back to me within 24 hours, unless he advised that he would be unable to do so. In short, he has been one of the best, if not THE best, customer service managers I have met in my 60-plus years of life on Earth.
The quality of the accommodation, organization, food, guides, service, small-group safaris and animal sightings--all provided by Walter's colleagues at Desert and Delta Safaris--was simply outstanding. This tour company also works closely with Safari Air, which meant great flexibility in scheduling the flights that took us from lodge to lodge.
I have travelled to nearly 60 countries in my lifetime and enjoyed every single one of these trips, but I can truly say that our Safari Online adventure was not only one of the best trips that I have ever been on, but one of the greatest experiences of my life. My wife and I will forever be grateful to Walter. Perfect!

Kim Wagner, created the best family holiday EVER we had the best experience!
Our experience with Kim, in creating our family holiday was, without a doubt the best experience and holiday we have ever had with our family.
Talking with Kim over WhatsApp and being able to articulate all the details we wanted from our holiday was seamless!
Kim created an 11-day Luxury Safari and left no stone unturned. Staying 2 nights in Jo Burg at the African Rock Hotel, 4 nights Thabamati, in Timbavati and 4 nights Nkorho in Sabi Sand.
Both locations gave us a different experience and it was great to see the different landscape. Safari was great at both and we managed to see the big 7, Elephant, Buffalo, Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Wild dog, two litters of pups and 2 Cheetahs. Not to mention Hippo, Giraffe and the list goes.
Always being able to contact Kim, meant the only issue that was raised, was dealt with immediately and with no hesitation from any party involved!
Our family of 7 (All adults) had the most amazing time, lots of excitement and laughter. Memories that you can not put a price on!
After our children parted ways, Kim organised 5 nights in Victoria falls staying 2 nights at Victoria Falls River Lodge and 3 nights over on the Island Lodge. The perfect way to end our 17-day trip

Walter Kohrs was absolutely the best travel agent we could imagine!
This was our second time booking a trip in Africa through Walter. The first one was in South Africa and Botswana about ten years ago, and it was so wonderful that we decide to book a second one to Zambia and Rwanda for 17 days. Four of us stayed at 4 magnificent lodges in Zambia, with great lodging and food, and all of our safaris and trip to Victoria Falls were wonderful with great guides. We flew in a couple of smaller planes to save time, and all of our travel connections went off like a charm. We then flew to Rwanda to see the great apes, and totally loved the lodge, the hike and time with the gorillas and golden monkeys, and our driver was wonderful too. We have recommended Walter to many of our friends, and they have all been equally impressed and happy with Walter’s services. Thank you!
