Amazing Maasai Mara Experience with Family
We did a 4 day Tour from Nairobi to Massi Mara planned by Amazing Memories Safaris & Tours. The entire Itinerary was perfectly planned. The guide and driver who picked us from the airport were very professional. The safaris were amazing, the driver / guide Peter went out of the way to help us show us special sights of the game reserve and also famous animals like Fast Five, we were able to see the Big 5 including the rare Rino. The hotel stay was impeccable and the service was great. Highly recommended for families. Definitely a trip not or miss.

It was truly an amazing safari!
We had a fantastic time during our safari in November 2023. Our driver was awesome - skilled and knowledgeable at all of the animals. We had a very short trip booked, but still managed to see the Big Five, and then some! We went in November and I was worried the weather would not be great - but it was fine and didn't impact our ability to see animals or enjoy our game drives. Our accommodations were simply amazing also - lovely, well-appointed, great food. This was a trip that will live in my memory for the rest of my life!

Everything was meticulously planned, from airport pickup to drop-off!!!
The service provided was top notch. We were able to modify the itinerary, visiting some additional sights after we were in country. Nothing was rush, which created a memorable experience for my family. Francis (Kenya) and Moses (Tanzania) did an excellent job catering to our needs and explaining the sites and animals. Both were top notch guides, couldn't ask for better. We everything we hoped for and more, including a cheetah hunting!!

Easy to communicate with and well planned on arrival.
The team was easy to communicate with and made booking easy even though we were a bit last minute in our booking.
The service and sites were wonderful.
We visited Amboseli and Tsavo West for 3 days. We already had a trip planned to Masai Mara and added this on shortly before we traveled. We were really happy we did.
Amboseli was wonderful with the mountain in view- it only popped out for a bit with the rains but it was stunning.
We enjoyed seeing the different landscapes in Tsavo West so they were a great pairing together.

Extremely kind and knowledgeable about the wildlife.
The trip was completely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. The company was there with me throughout the process from the beginning making sure I was at ease with the planning of the trip. Then when I landed, they were there every step of the way. Our driver was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the wildlife and area. This is my second safari in Kenya, but first for my wife. Wanted to make it special for her and they truly made this possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book a safari, 5 stars is not enough, wish I could add more.

Great family adventures in Tanzania
We spent 5 days visiting Arusha, Ngorongoro and Serengeti with our kids (8,8 & 11). Our experience was amazing and everyone enjoyed every moment of our adventure. Our guide Raymond was excellent and helped us to maximize our short visit to the fullest. We were able to see so many animals in the parks as well as an impromptu hike to some waterfalls in Arusha. The beauty and culture of Tanzania really made an impact on the whole family. It is a vacation we will surely remember for our whole lives.

Perfect safari experience!
We had the BEST time with Amazing Memories Safaris! It was very well organized, everyone was so kind, the accommodations were beautiful, and we saw every animal we could hope for! We felt very safe and cared for throughout the trip, and everything was taken care of for us from the time we landed in Nairobi until when we left again. Definitely the perfect honeymoon trip!
It was definitely the most perfect honeymoon trip. Amazing Memories helped us prepare a lot of surprises when they helped us customize the hotel!
Every employee at Amazing Memories is very professional! Including Anne who helped us customize our honeymoon trip in the early stage and the guides who took me on the trip later, Joseph from Narobi, Joseph from Kenya safari, and Moses from Tanzania Safari!
Because we had never decided on a destination before, when we booked the Amazing Memories tour on safaribooking, it was less than two weeks before the departure date. We thought the time would be rushed and tight, and we were worried that there would be mistakes or poor connections during the trip. The place. But the moment I contacted Anne, I knew everything was fine.
I contacted multiple companies at the same time on safaribooking, but Anne from Amazing Memories was the first to get back to me promptly and quickly. We needed to make some customized changes to our original travel plan, but Anne always gave us timely feedback and helped us make the best choice.
On the Safari road, because of the professional and keen Joseph, we were full of surprises throughout the journey. We saw big five, elephant herds and hunting. When I was a child, I watched the program "Animal World" and had always been full of deep expectations to see animals in the African grassland. Joseph made our childhood dream come true.
Later, we crossed the border to Tanzania and met up with Moses. The process of crossing the border went smoothly. Two professional guides quickly assisted us in completing the processing. The safari trip in Tanzania is also full of adventures. The hotels we stay in are all in protected areas. Humans and animals maintain a good relationship and balance. At night, there will be small herbivorous animals eating grass and drinking water around the hotel.
On the last trip we came to Zanzibar, and Anne helped us book Tulia, the most perfect hotel on the island. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The room service is top-notch. Anne told the hotel to prepare a honeymoon surprise for us. It was really thoughtful! The hotel later arranged an unexpected romantic honeymoon dinner for us on our last night.
Everything is perfect. We will come again in the future and meet our friends again in the future. Because of you, we feel the enthusiasm of Africa and the feeling of going home!

Amazing & personalized experience with Anne & Steve.
Amazing Memories truly made our vacation memorable. We just completed a 10 day Safari in Kenya and can’t thank Amazing for making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. We were referred by a close friend who gave them raving reviews and we can’t agree more! From the 1st contact with Anne when we reached out for a quote, to planning, to bookings and finally the actual trip - everything was 5 star! Anne gave us many options and unlike some other companies who can do the basic camps, Anne was able to get us bookings at top notch and niche camps. She guided us through many options available in Kenya and after visiting each camp, we know that the choices were perfect for us. The biggest bonus was getting assigned the Safari guide/driver that we had requested - Steve Derito. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that Steve would be our driver! Just as mentioned by our referring friend, Steve was indeed very knowledgable, experienced, accommodating and above all super friendly! Our kids loved him as Steve always found the best view for any activity during game drives. Even if we arrived later than many other cars, somehow he managed to pull into the best location! Thanks to Steve’s expertise, we were able to catch the Wildebeest migration 2 days in a row!
Additionally, something super special that Amazing did for us was to help us plan in a special day to visit a remote village in Samburu (almost 3 hours drive from Buffalo Springs Reserve) where our family was able to meet a NGO team that we work with. Steve took the initiative to contact the ground staff for the NGO prior to our visit and made sure the day was planned with them without any glitches. He took us to Wamba village where we were met by The Samburu Project team and then Steve followed them for 3 hours through remote dirt roads with a smile - no complaints, no questions! This visit to the Nalepo well in Samburu was very special to our daughter and it wouldn’t have been possible without the special care from Ann and Steve at Amazing Memories. These guys will treat your family and friends like their family and not just another set of clients. We can’t recommend them enough for your African Safari experience. Thank you for helping make our trip unforgettable Amazing team!!

Absolutely Outstanding - Six Stars if that was possible!
This trip was simply incredible. The National Parks, Conservancies and wildlife are just breathtaking and the vast expanse of the Serengeti and its teeming wildlife is just wonderous!
Our entire holiday was booked and managed through Amazing Memories Safaries, who took such amazingly good care of us, we cannot thank them enough. In each place we stayed the accommodation they had found was first-class. They took extra care to make sure we were received and handedover at each stage of our travels by their team, who were all extremely welcoming, warm, attentive and knowledgeable. From Nairobi, to Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Amboseli, every part was spectacular. Our first stop was in Masai Mara, and our tour guide, James, took excellent care of us and his knowledge of the wildlife and the the animal behaviour was incredible.
For the Tanzania leg of our trip, Amazing Memories had partnered with a sister company and our tour guide for the week was Raymond, who deserves a special mention. Raymond really made that part of our trip. He was friendly, kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable about absolutely everything. Always going the extra mile to consider what we would enjoy the most and creating flexibility within our plans to allow us to flow with the environment around us.
The final leg of our trip was a night in Amboseli and then a day in Nairobi, which again was a revelation. For our day in Nairobi we were keen to get a feel for the lived experience of the city, rather thant the usual tourist haunts, and Joseph, our tour guide for the day, took us to see all the different parts of the city, from downtown to the suburbs, it was a fantastic way to cap off our trip.
All in all, an absolutely outstanding experience. If it was possible to give a sixth star, I would! Thank you ever so much to Anne and her team - James, Bryan, Sammy and Joseph, you really made it the most amazingly memorable trip for us - certainly living up to your name!
