A Memorable Journey 10/10
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a safari experience at Serengeti National Park in Tanzania, guided by Dallas Africa Safaris. I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service, attentiveness, and extensive knowledge of the park and its wildlife.
Dallas and Assad were incredibly attentive throughout the entire safari journey. They paid close attention to every detail, ensuring that our needs and preferences were met. Whether it was adjusting the pace of the safari or accommodating special requests, they went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Their knowledge of the Serengeti and its wildlife was truly impressive. Dallas and Assad shared a wealth of information about the various animal species we encountered, including their behavior, habitats, and unique characteristics. Excellent service, they aim to please.
In spite of having some initial confusing payment issues at the start, everything was wonderful on our Arusha -Tarangire National Park-Ngorongoro Crater safari. Our driver/guide (Shebani) is extremely knowledgeable, great driver (some challenging wet conditions), very pleasant and accommodating. The picnic food was not just simple boxed lunch but a lovely hot meal both days, even with complimentary wine. The hotels were good, especially Murera Valley Lodge (exceptional!) Dallas Safaris truly looked after us to ensure a very satisfying experience. Kudos to the two Tunus and their team. I would definitely recommend this safari company.

Our tour operator was so informative, on-time with our routine, very kind and compassionate
We had a wonderful experience from the time we landed in Tanzania and met our hosts, they managed our whole itinerary, the tours were on-time, the flow of communication btn us and the tour operator was awesome, he was very kind and compassionate and took his time to understand what our needs are and fulfilled them. We were so excited visiting different parks and the island in Tanzania. Indeed, it was an unforgettable experience for me and my children

Ngorongoro one day safari with Omar
Tunu (owner) advises us from the very beginning of the adventure, with many and relevant exchanges on WhatsApp, and he took time to build a tailor-made tour but not an exhausting one with Omar our driver. Based on Arusha, a day for visiting ngorongoro crater in my maximum commuting time (more or less 3h30 only for one way) to enjoy 5 hours on site. Actually, there are many wild animals over there including lions, elephants, hyppo and girafe! I was not very enthusiastic, but I was wrong it is awesome and you may do a safari, it is something special to be part of nature like that, especially if you are driving by Omar, discreet, funny but also determined to delight you by showing what you want to see : he never gives up. Best Safari
Tunu organize for us a private safari to Ngorongoro wich was one of our best experience.
Omar Our driver was so nice, friendly and knew all the animals in the park. We were really happy with our tour, we saw everything we wanted to see.
Ask for Omar if you want to have a good. Safari.

Trekking to Materuni’s waterfalls and surroundings
We have booked this adventure at the last minute and we feel lucky to meet Tunu (owner)! He advises us from the very beginning of the adventure, with many and relevant exchanges on WhatsApp, and he took time to build a tailor-made tour but not an exhausting one. In fact, we were a bit afraid to spend to much time commuting from Arusha and miss the opportunity to enjoy our lodge, Turu has fully understood it because he is an empathic guy. Regarding the experience itself, waterfalls must be seen, it is a really nice walk (one hour, novice walk) in the middle of coffee, avocados and bananas trees. We have also made the hot springs, which is also nice even small. If you have to choose one, select waterfalls. Also, doing the two locations in one day could be tiring if you just arrived. Thanks a lot Tunu and hope to see you again to climb Kilimanjaro Mount!

Wonderful experience for the Waterfalls, coffee tour and hot springs
We had a special experience with Dalas Travel, we discovered Materuni village, waterfalls, the best coffee tour for a coffee lover and ended with a nice swim in the hot springs.
Tunu was patient, funny, responsive and helpful, explaining everything to us from the first moment we contacted him.
