Terms & Conditions
1. All bookings & cancellations must be in writing by email or letter
2. A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking
3. The balance of payment is due 30 days before the date of arrival
Cancellation Charges
1. More than 30 days notice – Deposit
2. Between 30 & 7 days notice – 50% of total cost
3. Between 7 days & 48 hrs notice – 75% of total cost
4. Less than 48 hours notice – 100% of cost
