Zero customer service! Transferred money, but their account was closed. Lost 74USD and no safari!

Terrible. We did an intercontinental money transfer to book safari's with Turacos. The day we left for Kenia there was still no confirmation of the receipt of the money. Finally, Turacos found out that their bank account was shut down...
