Wildlight Safaris requires a 30% deposit payment in order to confirm your booking. Failure to do so will result in your reservations being cancelled. The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to first day of safari. Bookings made within 60 days prior to departure, are subject to immediate and full prepayment at the time of the reservation.
All safari deposits are non-refundable payments. Cancellation of a confirmed safari will result in the following cancellation charges:
8 weeks and earlier to departure: deposit (30% of total Safari cost)
0 - 8 weeks prior to departure: 100% of remaining safari cost and deposit
No refund will be made for any portion of the tour unused because of a cancellation or change made by participants themselves whilst on the Safari. Wildlight safaris will assist in any possible way should changes need to be made, additional incurred cost will be charged.
Safari itineraries and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Wildlight Safaris cannot be held responsible for any changes made necessary because of or caused by third party providers. African countries could impose increases in entry VISA fees & requirements, VAT tax or Service Charges without notice - we cannot be held responsible for sudden increases in imposed fees, taxes or requirements.
Wildlight Safaris Limited acts in the capacity of tour operator only for clients in making all safari arrangements. All arrangements made, and vouchers & tickets issued by Wildlight Safaris Limited are subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by Wildlight Safaris’ suppliers. Wildlight Safaris Limited is exempt from any liability for loss of or damage to property/ person, accidents, delays, irregularities, cancellations or other occurrences beyond its control.
