Once a client has decided on which tour to take part in;
1. A deposit of 40% is required to confirm the booking and the rest is paid 1 or 2 weeks to arrival
2. All payments are paid directly to our company bank account and not a personal account
3. In case a client would like to pay cash upon arrival, then he/she should advise in advance
4. Once a deposit has been made, we go ahead and make all lodge or camp bookings or any other booking to be made
5. In case of cancellation, there are charges levied depending on lodge and camp's cancellation fees
6. All tours will run accordingly as per set dates
7. Most of our tours are private meaning there is no sharing of vans or land cruisers EXCEPT our flight packages to private conservancies
