TERMS AND BOOKING CONDITIONS:
1:This agreement shall be binding in respect of the reservations made for the period between January 1/2023 and December 31/2023.
2: Should the government increase or decrease taxes or institute new taxes, Routes Kilimanjaro reserves the right to renegotiate rates either up or down accordingly.
3:Should the currency exchange rate change, Routes Kilimanjaro reserves the right to renegotiate rates either up or down accordingly.
4: A)
Cancellation within 90 Days. The credit note will be issued or 5% of the deposit will be deducted.
B)
Cancellation within 90 - 45 Days, 25% will be charged.
) Cancellation within 45 - 14 Days, 30% will be charged.
D)Cancellation within 14 - 8 Days, 50% will be charged.
E) Cancellation within 8 - 3 Days, 75% will be charged.
F) Cancellation within 48 - 0 Hours, 100% will be charged.
A 30% Deposit is payable on a confirmation of booking and the balance is due within 60 - 45 Days prior to arrival. Bookings not secured by the appropriate deposit will be automatically released.
