Booking terms and conditions
A deposit of 45% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking a tour. The balance of the total quoted tour price is due 30 days before the departure date. Deposits are made through bank wire transfers to the company account. Last minute bookings are accepted in budget camping tours only, for this case clients can pay upon their arrival to Tanzania this has to be a day prior to safari date however this has to be communicated in writting through the email.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be received in writing by emailing us at
[email protected] . We are a long haul destination and most of our safaris are booked between four to six months before departure. All suppliers charge cancellation fees, which they in turn pass on to us. Therefore reservations that are cancelled reduced in length of stay or in number of people, are subject to cancellation fees.. Days prior to departure fee:
60-30 days= 30% of total invoice
29- 15 days= 50% of the total invoice
Less than 14 days= 100% of the total cost
RATES
Includes all expenses in respect of vehicle and drives as per itinerary, table d’ hote meals on the safari, entry fees to the National parks and game reserves and other attractions mentioned in the itinerary.
ACCOMMODATION
Rooms in lodges and tents in permanent camps shares the same facilities, beds, toilets and shower of high standard accommodation. Facilities available in double, twin, triple and single room attracts supplement fee(Some of the hotels do not offer triple room kindly check with our program manager before confirming the booking)
Tented camps are more expensive than lodges due to low capacity, luxury and more adventurous nature .Most of the lodges and camps have their own swimming pool
