Prices.
Validity of Prices: are valid for the periods shown but are subject to change without notice in the event of Government action, i.e. increase in hotel tax or VAT, or to increase if prices are significantly affected by other circumstances beyond our control. Prices are based on exchange rates prevailing at the time of publication and may alter should any major variation in exchange rates occur.
Prices Include: Prices quoted for safaris generally include transport as per the itineraries, game drives where appropriate, full board accommodation, picnic/extra lunches where stated, scheduled charter flights where mentioned and park entrance fees.
Prices Exclude: Itinerary prices generally exclude international flights, visa costs, airport taxes, optional excursions, personal insurance (medical or other), flying doctor membership, drinks, tips, phone calls, laundry and any items of a personal nature. Children under 12 years of age sharing with parents generally pay 50%.
Reservation & Payments.
A non-refundable deposit is required on booking and the balance 4 weeks before the booking date, although in certain circumstances larger deposits are requires. If booking within 4 weeks of the booking date, the whole amount is payable at time of confirmation. Notwithstanding any prior confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to undertake a booking if payment is not made in accordance with the foregoing. For international air tickets, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Exact terms and conditions of the airline ticket will also apply. These vary with the airline and with the type and class of the ticket, and are available on enquiry or at the time of booking.
Cancellations.
Full refund will be provided if cancellation occurs in writing 70 days prior to commencement of a safari. Refund on all pre-paid money will be based on cancellation fees levied by hotels and lodges. Generally there is a 50% charge on cancellation within 30 days, 75% charge within 7 days, and 100% charge within 48 hours. We reserve the right to deduct all expenses incurred from money paid. Some services are non-refundable.
Credit Card Payment.
This Credit Card Payment Service enables us to accept credit card payments from you the customer. Utilizing revolutionary internet based technology and the most advanced antifraud services from Enoyaone – this Online Credit Card Payment Service offers a reliable, safe and user friendly option for collecting credit card payments from you. VISA, MasterCard, Amex, JCB and PayPal are supported. When your travel arrangements have been finalized and we need a deposit or balance payment, our Safari Expert will send you the necessary link to this payment process.
This process can only be used 4 to 8 weeks or more before the start of the travel arrangements. If your arrangements are earlier than this period, then our Safari Specialist will give you alternative modes of payment. The reason for this being that in order to secure your bookings, we often pay deposits or even full payments in advance, and using this process your payment is only credited to ourselves at the end of the following month when you paid i.e. you pay on 1st or 31st December, and we are only credited on 31st January, and so on.
Accommodation.
Double / Twin Room, Triple Rooms or Single Rooms are available.
Transportation.
Transportation varies with each itinerary but is usually by Safari Minivans, Land Cruisers with large windows, pop-up roofs, guaranteed window seats and the services of an English Speaking Professional Driver Guide. French, Spanish, German, Italian and Japanese speaking Driver Guides are also available.

Responsibility.
All bookings are accepted on the specific condition that Bonfire Adventures act only as booking agents for the tour members in making arrangements for hotels, transportation, sightseeing, restaurants or any other services in connection with any itinerary. Every effort and care will be taken in making such arrangements, however, Bonfire Adventures do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to person or property due to any act of default of any hotel, carrier, restaurant, company or person or any of their servants or agents rendering any of the services included in the tour.
The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant or other contractor rendering service shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. Furthermore, Bonfire Adventures accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or any cause beyond their personal control. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline to accept or retain any tour members at any time. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board its own conveyance.
