By Booking with Bhangazi Horse Safaris, the guest agrees to the following:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. In the case no deposit is made, there is no guarantee on your places being kept for the ride.
Prices are inclusive of accommodation and tours. Food ad beverages (besides breakfast which will be supplied by your accommodation) is for own account.
Cancellation Policy:
Guest will forfeit the following.
1-7 days prior to arrival - 100%
8-14 days prior to arrival - 75%
15-21 days prior to arrival - 50%
22-28 days prior to arrival - 25%
No refunds will be made if guests are a no show.
Minors are to be accompanied at all times by adults/custodians who will at all times accept responsibility for minors.
BHANGAZI HORSE SAFARIS reserves the right to cancel any activity should the weather or other circumstances dictate. Refunds will be given in the case BHS cancels the ride.
Disturbance of wildlife or fellow guests will at no stage be permitted.
BHANGAZI HORSE SAFARIS are not liable for any damages, losses or injuries that may be suffered by the guest whether occuring before, during or after a tour.
Riders will be advised to make use of helmets when participating in horse riding activities, please appreciate that my failure to wear such a helmet exposes you to further risk, including injury and death.
