Terms & Conditions:
All clients must take out comprehensive travel insurance covering them for personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment. Your trip cost is non refundable after 90 days but your travel insurance would cover your land cost should you have to cancel for a covered reason per the Travelex Insurance policy should you chose to purchase.
In order to comply with international insurance requirements all airline tickets must clearly show the passenger’s title, surname, name and initial (as indicated in their passport). Please also provide us with this information at the time of confirmation.
Payments must be made by check payable to Gerling Travel. To pay by credit card please add 3%.
