Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival and is to be made to the bank details listed on the invoice using the reservation number as reference. All bank charges are the payer's responsibility. Kafunta Safaris reserves the right to cancel bookings if not paid in full by the required deadlines
Cancellations are subject to the following fees:
Cancellation up to 91 days prior to travel: deposit refunded less $100 banking & admin fees Cancellation 90-46 days prior to travel: 20%
Cancellation 45-0 days prior to travel: 100% cancellation fee
