Amazing Memories Safaris Ltd agrees to offer the agreed safari under the following terms.
1. Clients have to pay 30% Deposit now THROUGH BANK TRANSFER or CREDIT CARD and the balance prior to start of the safari.
2. In case of cancelation , the following cancellation policy will apply;
-60 days and above 90% Refund
-45 to 59 days 60% Refund
-30 to 44 days 50% Refund
-15 to 29 days 25% Refund
-Below 14 days No Refund
In case the cancellation arises out of terror threat or natural events, the hotels will not charge for no-show but will issue a credit note for the deposits to be utilized in future visit .
3. Cost Inclusions & Exclusions as per the detailed program.
4. Amazing Memories Safaris will acknowledge receipt of 30% deposit to CLIENT ACCOUNT once the money is credited into the account.
