Absolutely Fantastic
Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic. The whole experience of the safari was extraordinary. We saw lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants and so many more. This was largely due to John Mwangi. His professionalism and kind temperament mixed with enthusiasm, punctuality and reliability made the tour brilliant and fun. No question was stupid. He made sure we had the best views of the animals. John Mwangi navigated tough terrain seamlessly.
The transport was clean and very comfortable. This man is an asset, he deserves a pay rise.
The accommodation and food was lovely. Nothing less than 4 stars.

This was a great experience! I took a 2 night 3 day trip from nairobi to massai mara and back. Raheem Mwema was my tour guide, and he was knowledgeable, friendly, well connected, and respectful of people and animals. Read more which was very nice, but I think I was worried the tent option woupd have been too rustic, which now I know I would have been fully satisfied. The food was great, the animals were great, and the peoppe were friendly. In my 2 night 3 day trip, I saw all the anikals I could ask for, including: two leopards, ostriches, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras elephants, vultures, hyenas, warthogs, Impalas, antelopes, water bucks, lions, Cheetahs and a cheetah hunt, Cape Buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, mongooses , monkeys , baboons , jackals , and more! The communication to set up and ask clarification on the itinerary with axis africa was great on WhatsApp. The package I chose was $690 usd and I think it was totally worth it, and I think I also would have been fully satisfied staying in a tent, which would have been around $400. The schedule and hotel stayed very much on time, which I appreciated. I was also surprised at how comfortable the Safari Jeep was even though it was a bumpy ride through the bush. We had six people in our Jeep but we could all see whatever we wanted to at all times.

Everything was great! The places we stayed at, the food. Maybe dont go if you want to sleep in but we saw the coolest things i will probably ever see! HIGHLY recommend!! Also our tour guide was amazing, never once have i felt unsafe, even tho the roads were straight up bad. But yeah overall Robin was great, tour was so cool! Definetly worth every penny!

Great safari experience
Very good service and comminication through out - everything went according to plan, slight upgrade to camp made it perfect. Our guide Robin was very good, kept us safe on the road and answered all questions and made sure we sure lots and lots of animals!!! Really can recommened this company and Robin!!
