A childhood dream come true
We did the 7-day safari from the Masai Mara to Amboseli National Park, and it was an unforgettable experience. We were lucky enough to spot the Big Five, along with countless other animals, and the scenery throughout the journey was simply breathtaking.
A special mention goes to our guide and driver, Kelvin Mimi. He knew the area perfectly without needing GPS, seemed to know everyone along the ... Read moreway, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He could identify not only all the animals but also many bird species, and we learned so much from him during the trip.
We chose Option 3, but after speaking with other travelers who selected Option 1, it also seemed like a very good choice. If I were recommending, I would probably suggest either Option 1 or Option 2 depending on your budget and preferences.
One piece of advice: do at least a 5-day safari if possible, ideally including Hell's Gate National Park. It gives you a much more complete experience. Amboseli National Park is a paradise for elephant lovers, and there are some fantastic glamping experiences available there as well.
I chose this agency because they responded quickly on WhatsApp, were flexible with arrangements, and proved reliable throughout the entire trip.
Overall, I can highly recommend them.
A couple of small tips:
If you need twin beds, make sure to request them in advance.
The food is good and plentiful, but don't expect a fine-dining experience: you're there for the wildlife and adventure.
