His knowledge of Kenya, the culture, the game parks and especially the animals was amazing. We learnt so much from him along the way. He was also a fantastic listener and really took the time to understand what we wanted from our safari and accommodate our requests.
And when it came to the actual safari Marcus gave us front row seats to the animal action! We had some absolutely incredible close encounters and experiences that we will never forget.
We absolutely loved our safari and cannot recommend Marcus and Axis Africa Safaris highly enough. This trip has given our family memories that will genuinely last a lifetime, and Marcus played such a big part in making it so special.

We had an amazing experience with Axis Africa Safaris! We spent 3 days in Masai Mara with our guides Sadam and Bo. They were incredible!
Driving in Kenya is not for the faint of heart. Sadam could get us anywhere quickly and safely. He and Bo are so knowledgeable about not just the animals that we are seeing, but the region, the agriculture, the history, everything! They could spot animals just ... We got up close and personal with lions, giraffes, zebras, hyenas, a jaguar, a cheetah, elephants. It was mind-blowing to see these majestic animals in the wild.
It seemed like everywhere we went, Sadam knew every other driver, ranger or guide. And we understand why — Sadam and Bo are over-the-top friendly, fun, polite, energetic, and so intuitive to the needs of our group.
This was a once in a lifetime adventure that could not have gone better. Highly, highly recommend Axis and their guides: Sadam, Bo, Amos, Charles, Khalifa, and Kevin.

Our guide Robert Kiambati was the best. He is eduacated about animals and he taught us a lot about the animals. He was kind and accommodating.
Perfect family friendly organized agency
We choose Axis Africa Expedition & Safaris because we wanted to spend family holiday in safari. It was an excellent choice for us. Robert was excellent tour guide who show us all possible animals in safari. We learnt a lot about animals, Kenya history, language. We appreciate all the time we spent together.
Safe and full of experiences
We felt safe and oriented all the time backed by our nice guide Robert Kiambati from Axis Africa Safaris. We saw all animals from big5 and ugly5. Accomodation provided was clean and comfortable. I mostly recommend Fig Tree Lounge in Masai Mara. From my perspective We got a goof value for money. Thank you.

Our guide Robert Kiambati was excellent and answered every question we asked. He was very accommodating and knew a lot about the animals. We saw a lot of animals and learned new things about them.
Dream safary for family of four
We loved every day of our customized 8-day safari with Axis. The trip was organized six months in advance with a partial deposit, and everything was planned and handled very smoothly from start to finish.

Our tour operator ben helped us find animals and gave us info about the different types of animals and categories. Ben also was a very reliable driver. In one day he helped us find the big 5 a cheetah, hyena, wilder beast, zebras and different kinds of deers and birds in the Safari. He also made sure we reached our destinations on time or even before time.
