Amazing safari experience
We booked a 3-day masai mara safari in a tented camp. The communication with Axis was very good. Tabitha replied swiftly, everything was taken care of. We came from Nakuru, so the driver picked us up in Narok. Also that went smoothly as our driver got in touch with us before.

The tented camp was basic, but the staff was very friendly and we had all we needed: a hot shower at all times, a comfortable tent, good food. All was taken care of and we felt very welcome.
All in all a great experience!

He shared his wonderful knowledge of all the Masai Mara National Park and the animals within it, going on to find and show us four of the big 5, before completing the set in Lake Nakuru National Park. He was also very flexible and made changes to the itinerary so we could maximise our experience, in particular he ensured we got to see wildebeest and zeebras crossing the Sand River as part of the great migration. We are truly thankful John was our safari guide here in Kenya and we would happily go on a safari with him again.

We think Axis is a great operator.
We had a great vacation. We have no complains, everything was great. The safaris, communication, service, all of it was very good. It was for sure value for money. Further more, we want to thank our guide, Richard. What a nice guy and what a terrific guide. He is friendly, helpful and knows a lot. He showt is the big five, a cheeta and a lot of other animals. Very, very good.
Unique experience
We had a blast on our safari trip to Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. Our guide Richard is super knowledgable about the area, animals and people. Funny, easy going and with the instinct to find the right watching spot.

Axis were extremely communicative before and during the safari trip. Rita responded very quickly and was able to accommodate a last minute request to change the itinerary.
All transfers were well-organised and the accommodation was comfortable throughout our trip, particularly Enkorok camp.
For the tour itself we had two guides, Leonard really stood out to us as he was very knowledgable and ... Read more able to find all the animals for us to see. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even drove us for 11 hours on a full day game drive in Masai Mara.

We visited the Masai Mara , Lake Navaisha, and Amboseli. We spent a lot of time driving, and Amos made it so enjoyable. Amos wasn’t just our tour guide - he became our good friend. (Long live our War Bus crew!)
