Jack was considerate and was really a good spotter ..We were really amused and he explained in details of the animals and their migration, their habitat. It was an experience one cannot forget . His English and knowledge is commendable.

The lodging and food was a good surprise too, even if it was basic based on our European standards, everything was clean and very good.

A wonderful experience from reservation to end. The reservation process and communication was easy and there was always Lennox to talk to. Leave all expectations at home, nothing is like this (any) safari. It is not a tour of a zoo, it is real life wildlife, original people, and yes, it is work. You must rise very, very early to see the beautiful nature, ride the rough roads, and see animals ... Read morein action! So, if you are not willing to do all this, watch a movie.
