Wonderful drying season in Masai
I used this safari tour for 3 days.
I am backpacker alone and I joined some group, we are total 7 including me.
Actually, nowadays the season is drying season.
even though, we could see many lions and eagle, hippo, etc, including Cheetah.
And I met nice members and tour guide(Mwaniki Joel). That is why we could enjoyed more, and shared about many ideas or experienced.
Had an amazing experience. Got to see all the animals and experience the beauty of the land
This was a very well coordinated tour experience. Everyone I came across was very nice and helpful, especially Lennox and Joel (tour guide). Joel was very friendly and nice. Kevin is the best driver! Timely, safe, navigation, knows everything about the area. He definitely made our Maasai Mara experience a lifetime memory. Also worth the value. Would definitely book again!!
Professional staff with great experience
Lennox and his team were fantastic. From start he was very quick at communication, the packages were reasonably priced and the experience was very smooth and professional!
Kevin the safari guide did a fantastic job making sure we had a great experience. He explained the animals and also came as close as possible so we could get a great sight of the animals.

Well organised and very enjoyable
We chose Axis Africa based on previous reviews and we are glad we did. The trip was very well organised. Communication with Lennox was fluent during the booking process and after, and the guide Rahim, who drove us to the safary and accompanied us in the excursions was excellent. The staff at the camp were amazing. We particularly recommend the 4 day 3 night Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru experience, because you get to see different animals and landscapes in each of the parks.

Amazing guide, awesome experience
The safari tour was truly amazing.
Our guide Jeff was very professional, punctual, very nice and had plenty of knowledge about the wildlife. On top, he is a very good driver and we did not miss any opportunity to see amazing animals thanks to his reactivity!

Joel was amazing and instantaneously became part of our family holiday.
Joel, our tour guide for 3 days, was amazing. He instantaneously became part of our Christmas safari journey. The teaser Safari the first evening after getting out to the bush was great. The next day it was completely phenomenal. We saw an unprecedented 14 lions, due in part to Joel's ability to network with other drivers, with the best advice on prime locations not coming over the CB. We saw lion ... Read mores, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebra, hippos, wildebeasts, hundreds of migrating water buffalo, a plethora of birds, gazelle, impala, hyenas, warthogs, topi, baboons, crocodiles... He knew the great places to stop for lunch. He helped me haggle for some Safari hats on the side of the road. He thrilled our 13-year-old son with his offroading capabilities, allowing him to ride shotgun, the same mud that multiple other drivers got stuck in. On the way back, he even pulled off to allow me to grab a geocache. We could not have asked for a better experience or guide.
