BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES
Prices include all expenses in connection with the vehicle and driver, hotel accommodation and meals full board (except where specified otherwise), park entrance fees, guides fess plus all the activities in any conservation area or destination visited. Government taxes and levies and all entrance fees (except where specified otherwise). Not included are any airport service charges, departure taxes, visas, inoculations, personal insurance, drinks, tips, laundry or other items of personal nature.
PAYMENT
A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable at any time not further than 30 days prior to departure date. A booking is considered confirmed once we have accepted the booking and issued a confirmation voucher or Receipt or email. If payment is not received by due date, Limitless Tours and travel reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and apply cancellation charges
In case the safari involves gorilla trekking, payment for the gorilla permits should be made in advance at least 2 months before the trekking date and it is subject to the availability of the Gorilla Permits.

We reserve the right to cancel or make changes to itineraries before and after the safari has been confirmed. Most changes will be minor, but should circumstances or events make this necessary, in the opinion of Limitless tours and travel, a suitable alternative will be offered and if applicable, a refund given and a communication will be given to you or done in consultation with you.
