* All bookings, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing.
* Cancellation charges are applicable:
3 months prior to arrival- no charge
2 months prior to arrival- 25% of the invoice amount will be charged to the client
1 month prior to arrival- 50% of the invoice amount will be changed to the client
15 days prior to arrival- 75% of the invoice amount will be charged to the client
7 days or less prior to arrival- 100% of the invoice will be changed to the client
