Cancellation policy
14 - 7 days prior – 25% of the cost
6days or less - 50 % of the cost
No show - 100% of the cost
Children Policy
Children under the age of 5 are free of charge on accommodation at Keys Hotels.
Children of the age of under 16 years get a discount on the National Park Fees on the mountain and safari
Down payment
For Accommodation only: At the time of confirmation, a 50% down payment will be charged, the balance is due at the time of check in.
For Kilimanjaro/Meru climbs: At the time of confirmation, US$110 per person down payment will be charged; the balance is due 15 days before client’s arrival. $60 per person of the deposit which is paid to the national Park is non refundable.
For safari to the national parks: At the time of confirmation, a 50% down payment will be charged, the balance is due 15 days before arrival. Amounts paid to the lodges on safari are non refundable.
