If the tour is booked, the client is supposed to pay half of the money 5 months before the tour date. Then the rest of the balance is paid 1 month before the travel date.
Once the Agent has booked and reserved accommodation and permits then the client cancels 2 month to the tour date, the Agent can only return the balance left depending on the money which was sent and what the paid receipts indicate.
When the Client sends money 5 months prior to tour date, the Agent books and reserves Accommodation and permits to easy confusion and last moment disappoints
The Agent is not held responsible if the client fails to send in money as soon as possible for any inconveniences the Agent is not held responsible.
The Agent is responsible to provide the services which the client has paid for.
The client is responsible to provide all the necessary information asked by the agent.
