PAYMENT: A deposit of 50% per person is required on booking any safari. In the event of cancellation the above deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION AND SHOW FEE: charges are as follows,
24 hours - 7 days prior to safari - 25%,
withing 24hours and no show- 100%
CAUTION: All expeditions involve an element of personal risk and cn be of hazardous nature. we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay caused to you or your baggage as a result, direct or indirectly or nay matter whatever nature which is beyond our control. All participant are advised to take an insurance policy to cover personal accident and medical expenses.
LIABILITY:The company's liability to passenger is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which tour takes place. However, the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delay,loss or damages from any cause whatsover.
