PAYMENT STRUCTURE / CONFIRMATION
A deposit of 30% of tour cost is payable at time of confirmation of services and the balance is payable not less than 60 days prior to commencement of services. Confirmation will be in writing upon receipt of the required deposit / tour cost. Iconic Journeys reserves the right to cancel any reservations for which the total tour cost has not been paid by due date. In which event the deposit will be forfeited to the Company. Reservations will only be considered as firm bookings completed, in full and signed.
CANCELLATIONS
Iconic Journeys will try our utmost to get any cancellation penalty as low as possible but cancellation charges are subject to regulations of the air and coach operator, hotel proprietor any other principals involved. The Company reserves the right to claim all or a portion of the fares paid by the passenger who cancels reservations. Cancellations more than 45 days prior to departure are subject to the cancellation policy and penalties levied by overseas principles.
The following cancellation charges is a general indication of what could be levied if cancellations are made 45 days and less, prior to departure:
60 days or more - deposit forfeited
60 – 31 days prior to departure - 50% of tour cost
30 – 16 days prior to departure - 80% of tour cost
15 days and less prior to departure - 100% of tour cost
