To reserve the trip, we require 50 % down payment by bank transfer or credit card. The 2nd payment of 50 % has to be paid 3 months before the start of the trip.
Bank Transfer costs have to be covered by the payee. 3% credit card processing fee will apply to all card payments.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund – at least 120 days before the start of the trip
50% refund – at least 90 days before the start of the trip
0% refund – less than 60 days before the start of the trip
Why? Because the camps and lodges where you will be staying have strict or non-refundable cancellation policies.
We highly recommend you to take up a travel insurance, to protect yourself from any last minute emergencies that may stop you from going for the trip.
