Satisfactory .

The service i received from falcon safaris was very useful . I stayed at the guest house on Gibson road during the new year period , and can't complain too much . However the shower facilities at the guest house were not at all satisfactory as there was hardly any pressure and no hot water for majority of our stay. Despite this I had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to use falcon safaris ag ... Read moreain .

Friendly on the time staff

Communications: This was great before our arrival. After that, we had no communications, we had to find out ourselves what time we would be picked up for transport to the airport on departure.
Safari could not give us the best prices for activities, we had to spend a lot of time looking for good prices.

We used Falcon Safaris only to arange our accomodation etc in Chobe Safari Lodge and were assisted by Patrick Manyika. He was quick with responses(via email) and through that helped us to plan accordingly.

A bit disappointing

2 of 3 activities were great but Falcon was terrible to book with

Activity 1 was operated by Falcon and was a guided tour on the Zimbabwe side. This was the biggest waste of money EVER. We paid $100 a head to have some one read us the signs at the front and hurry us along the whole way. What a waste of money!

Activity 2 was a Dinner cruise on the Zimbabwe side which was really nice but Falco ... Read moren never gave us a booking receipt and so the operators tried to charge us an extra fee which we shouldn't have been charged

Activity 3 was the Livingstone Isalnd/Devil's Pool lunch tour. Amazing experience which we almost missed out on becuase again Falcon never gave us a booking receipt.

Recommend booking with literally anyone else!

I'm a native Expat who was born and grew up in Botswana. Having left 20-years ago I was finally able to take my new family with me tonAfrica all the way from USA! Chobe Safari Lodge is a great spot to use as a base if you want to visit Moremi, Okavango, Vic Falls etc. The game drives are spectacular and don't forget the unbelievabe sunset river cruise! The staff is VERY professional and pleasan ... Read moret. I left my laptop at the hotel and they were able to find it, track me down and get it back to me with no issues at all (try that in a hotel in the USA...). Food is good, rooms are very comfortable and safari stylish. My kids loved waking up to watch the monkeys. A must stay!0

Trip of a lifetime
Rating:

I found the staff most helpful. Aron, our booking agent, always came back to me promptly and designed a varied tour of Victoria Falls that made our holiday relaxing and interesting, making the place come alive. I would go back tomorrow if I could. It was a trip of a lifetime.
