I found the staff most helpful. Aron, our booking agent, always came back to me promptly and designed a varied tour of Victoria Falls that made our holiday relaxing and interesting, making the place come alive. I would go back tomorrow if I could. It was a trip of a lifetime.

We stayed at Zabezi Sun for 3 nights in September with our 2 children (ages 8 & 10). The accommodation and food selection was great. My daughter and I traveled to Zimbabwe to see Victoria Falls. Our trip was short, 1 night . We used Falcon to book our hotel room and our transfers to and from the airport.
Our room at the Victoria Falls Hotel was beautiful and exactly what we had asked Falcon for.

I booked my cruise a few months in advance just to be sure. As advised I was picked up by bus from my hotel at the advised time and taken to the ferry. The boat was not crowded and offered great viewing from all sides. Nice snack food and cocktails were served. Not a lot to say really as we only used Falcon Safaris for our airport transfers. We cannot fault the service. When we got to the airport, our driver was waiting for us, and on our departure day he got to us very early, perhaps a little too early actually.

When we arrived in Victoria Falls, Patrick and Brian met us at the airport, and from that time forth (13 more days!), we explored Victoria Falls (amazing!), Hwange National Park (incredible!), Matopos National Park (breathtaking!) and Antelope Park (wonderful!). Brian was with us every step of the way, and accomodated all of our requests with a smile and a kind heart. Not once was he late in picking us up, and not once did we feel nervous about our trip. He (and Patrick) executed everything PERFECTLY. By the end of our stay in Zimbabwe, we felt like Brian was a part of our family. He is truly an exceptional person!
