1. We charge 50% of the total amount agreed before arrival and to be paid through our company bank account and the rest to be paid on arrival before safari departure.
2. If the car brakes down during the safari, a rescue car will be provided.
3. Refunds will be made for the lost hours f offer alternative services of comparable standards
4. If clients shorten a Safari, start payment will be refunded less the preparation costs if possible up to 50% - 75% depending on the reasons for cancelling the tour.
5. The company has the right to subcontract the deal if necessary, provided that the service will be offered as agreed.
