AEL TERMS AND CONDITION
These terms and conditions administers the affiliation between Amazing Escapes LTD and you, our client. Amazing Escapes LTD supposes that you are of appropriate legal age to use the website and build binding legal commitments. These are the singular terms and conditions that will apply and by signing up for an Amazing Escapes LTD Safaris, or any other service therein you accept to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Terms of payment.
'The booking' refers to part or all of the travel activities for transportation, accommodation, flights, sightseeing excursions, meals, entertainment and other interconnected services made on behalf of the client, some of which may be subcontracted from other liberated providers. A obligatory agreement between you, the client and Amazing Escapes LTD comes into actuality when we receive your booking request and a deposit payment for the booking.
A deposit of 35% of the over-all booking cost is essential in order to confirm part or all of the booking. Certain providers impose more strict payment policies. Should your package include services of such providers, Amazing Escapes LTD will advise you at the time of booking if your booking will require some additional deposit payments.
The balance is payable 60 days before the date of the first service by Amazing Escapes LTD. Should the client fail to remit payments in line with these set time frames, Amazing Escapes LTD reserves the right to treat the engagement as null and void and thereby apply any subsequent penalties.
Client withdrawal
Any terminations made;
i. 90 days or more prior to departure, will take delivery of full reimbursement minus the $300 per person clerical fee.
ii. 60-89 days will be subject to forfeiture of deposit (30% tour value).
iii. 30-59 days will be subject to forfeiture of 50% of package value.
iv. 29 days or less will be subject to 100% of package value.
All Clients are strongly advised to take comprehensive travel insurance covering them for luggage, personal effects, personal accident, medical and emergency travel expenses, cancellation and curtailment of travel arrangements because bookings will be subject to withdrawal penalties as detailed above.
Cancellations or Changes by Amazing Escapes LTD
Amazing Escapes LTD reserves the right to withdraw and precipitously terminate any booking in respect of which payment has fallen in arrears. In the event of this right being exercised, relevant cancellation penalties will be payable by the client or deducted from any deposit payments already made.
Note: Amazing Escapes LTD is devoted to keeping a close and conjointly beneficial rapport with all its clients. We recognize that the gratification of our clients is our utmost advantage. Our standards hence are conducted by a high level of professionalism, honesty and Integrity.
From the time you send us your first enquiry, you will be served by a steadfast professional till the time you return home. Your travel appointments will be reviewed every so often in order to eradicate any probabilities of errors and omissions.
In the doubtful occurrence that Amazing Escapes LTD has to withdraw, modify or shorten your travel itinerary due to our carelessness, our letdown to exercise care in making the arrangements for you and /or breach of our contractual agreement, we will take accountability.
Contracted services.
Amazing Escapes LTD acts as a booking agent for hotels, airlines, ground transporters, boat operators, hot air balloon companies and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and other services that Amazing Escapes LTD commissions on behalf of its clients.
Each of these companies is an self-governing entity and is not subject to the control of Amazing Escapes LTD. Amazing Escapes LTD therefore will not be accountable for any personal harm, assets destruction, loss or damage which may take place as a end result of using such subcontracted amenities however, Amazing Escapes LTD will always attempt to contract services of companies which in our preference, deliver the contracted services in the suitable quality while observing to the laws of the land.
In the event that any provider is incompetent to make available contracted services for whatever reason, Amazing Escapes LTD will strive to offer you substitute provisions of parallel classification on every occasion conceivable.
Should you not be willing to take the alternative arrangements offered by Amazing Escapes LTD, any refunds to which you may be entitled will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable provider. You may not delegate, convey or assign your rights duties and obligations entered with Amazing Escapes LTD.
Beyond Control
In any context where the implementation of promised services is prevented or affected by factors beyond the reasonable control of Amazing Escapes LTD including, but not limited to acts of God, war and threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist action, natural disasters such as weather conditions, earthquakes, volcano eruptions, fire, governmental actions and other unexpected occurrences.
In these situations, we shall not be accountable to reimbursement of any payment or otherwise be responsible for any expenses or losses the client may incur where we are forced as a consequence to cancel, delay, curtail or change the clients’ schedules in any way or where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected.
Amazing Escapes LTD also reserves the right to accept or decline any traveler on any trip, before or during the excursion should such person's mental or physical condition impede the operation of the service or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other travelers. In this case a refund of the unused land services is the frontier of Amazing Escapes LTD liability to the traveler detached.
We also reserve the right to amend or revise the programme of any tour or shuffle accommodation if schedules, security matters and/or events beyond our control happen, such as clarified above.
Travel Documents
It is the client’s accountability to safeguard that their passport, visa, health certificates, vaccinations, or other credentials prerequisites for the trip are attained, valid and that are all in order. Should Amazing Escapes LTD sustain any charges as an outcome of failure by the client to achieve this accountabilities, such costs shall be recuperated from the client.
Malaria is common in some parts of Africa and precautions must be taken. It is recommended you visit your prime physician or local travel clinic to review any medications or recommended vaccinations.
Be sure to carry your vaccination document with you as proof of vaccination. If you are concerned about taking any medications, check with your physician before you book your trip.
Special Requests & Important Information
The client must either directly or through their travel agent, advise Amazing Escapes LTD in writing of any special requests or important information about themselves such as diet, physical disability and any need for special treatment or handling at the time of booking.
