Visas, Insurance & Health:
No visas are included and any required visas are the responsibility of the client.
Yellow fever vaccinations are required for re-entry into South Africa, should the client enter Zambia at any time during this tour.
We strongly recomment that each client has adequate travel insurance and will not be held liable for any expenses incurred for any reason.
Payment and Cancellation Terms: (Full terms & conditions available on request)
30% deposit to be paid upon booking confirmation and balance to be paid either within 2 weeks before date of travel or upon arrival
Full payment and a copy of each passeneger's passport is required in order to confirm all flight reservations.
Failure to make payment by the required date may lead to your reservation being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Cancellations are only effective upon Touch the moon's receipt of written notification, signed by the client.
If cancellation is made prior to 8 weeks before departure, your 30% deposit will be forfeited.
If your cancellation is made after the due date for full payment of your trip fare, additional charges will be levied.
The scale of charges, expressed as a percentage of the trip price, is as follows:
• More than 8 weeks notice ~ Deposit forfeited;
• Less than 8 weeks notice ~ 45%;
• Less than 4 weeks notice ~ 50%;
• Less than 3 weeks notice ~ 60%;
• Less than 2 weeks notice ~ 100%.
Should you fail to join a tour or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, no tour fare refund will be made.
Some air fare may be non refundable. There will be no refunds from Touch the Moon Tours for any unused portions of the tour.
The above policy applies to all travel arrangements made via Touch the Moon Tours .

Secure online credit card payments (Visa, Master, AMEX), which attracts a charge of 2.85%.
Bank transfer (electronic or direct deposit)with the cost of the international currency conversion for the client’s account.
Payment by any other currency which is not US dollar, please us the prevailing rate of the day for conversions .
