TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.0 Basic terms
Rates or prices are only quoted in USD and include VAT
2.0 Payments
50% deposit is required to confirm a tour or booking
Should be the tour be done with less than 30 days before arrival full amount is required to confirm the tour or booking.
30 days before arrival full payment to be received.
Extras are to be settled in full before departure.
TRAVEL BY MONG`ATEKO LIMITED may require a larger deposit if the tour or booking is for a big group, i.e. a group of more than 15 people
3.0 Cancellation Policy
The following will apply for any cancellation, reduction in days of tour or group members/ clients or late amendment.
Between 60 -30 days before scheduled date of arrival: 25% cancellation fee will be charged
Between 29- 15 Days before date of arrival: 50% cancellation fee will be charged
Between 14 days and date of arrival: 100% cancellation fee will be charged
4.0 Rate/ price increase/ Variation
The price or quotations are based on current rates of park fees, VAT, other government taxes, current exchange rates and hotels/ lodges rates. Should any of these be increased or a new tax introduced, these increases will be added on even if your trip has already been paid: however, every effort will be made to maintain them. In the event of change on any of above mentioned, TBML reserves the right to pass these on the client.
5.0 Tour Leader Rates/ price
TBML will grant to bona fide tour leaders special offer “pay the park fees only” per 15 paying clients
