When booking your Tour Holiday or Trekking with WILDS OF AFRICA TOURS & TRAVEL, you should provide us with all the necessary information such as the arrival and departure date, the number of people, what you intended to see and your budget. This information will help us to precisely advise you of the type of tour suitable for you and the best time to visit.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
• For the tours which utilize semi-luxury and luxury accommodation such as lodges and permanent camps and semi-permanent as well mobile camps its confirmation is made by making a deposit payment of 30% and the remaining balance of 70% will be paid a month prior to the commencement of the tour.
• All the payment should be made on United State Dollar.
• For budget camping safari which utilize basic camping gears the tour confirmation is made by paying 10% deposit and the remaining 70% shall be paid in cash upon your arrival at Arusha prior to the tour. The payments can be in Euro, US $, Pound or Tanzania Shilling.
• For the last minute booking full payment is required to secure the booking
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations should be made on writings and it will be subjected to the following terms
• For bookings cancelled or reduced in number between 45 and 30 days from the date of arrival, 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
• For bookings cancelled or reduced in number within 29 days from the date of arrival, or no show, 100% of the total value of the booking will be charged.
• Cancellation of airline tickets will be subject to the refund policy of each individual airline and may be greater than the percentages above particularly when low cost/net based fares are used.
NB: The 30% OR 10% deposit payment made during the confirmation of the tour is a non-refundable.
