TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Motto Tours & Travel purchases its restaurant services, accommodation and other services from different independent suppliers that are not subject to Motto Tours' control. All such entities are independent contractors. Nevertheless, we make sure that the suppliers we deal with have the necessary licenses under the laws of the country, and have the required Health & Safety Certificates.
Motto Tours reserves the right to accept, decline or retain anyone as a passenger should such person's health, mental condition or general deportment hinder the operation of the trip or the welfare or satisfaction of other tourists, at his/her own expense. Clients, who are disorderly or jeopardize the group or the travel experience, may be removed from the tour with no refund at their own expense.
Cancellation Charges
In case of written cancellation, the following fine of itinerary cost will be assessed based on the number of days prior to itinerary departure that the cancellation was received:
90-60 days prior 20% of the itinerary cost
59-30 days prior 50% of the itinerary cost
29 or less 100% 0f the itinerary cost.
