Payment Policy:
We require 50 % deposit on confirmation & full payment 7 days prior to clients’ arrival.
SPURFOWL SAFARIS reserves the right, without notice, to release any bookings held where the required deposits or payments have not been timeously received.
Cancellation Policy:
i. For booking cancelled or reduced in number between 45-30 days from noon on the date of Check in - 15% of the rate applicable
.
ii. For booking cancelled or reduced in number between 29-20 days from noon on the date of Check in - 25% of the rate applicable .
iii. For booking cancelled or reduced in number between 19-15 days from noon on the date of Check in - 50% of the rate applicable .
iv. Incase of cancellation less than 14 days from noon on the date of Check in, or in case of No-show – 100% of the net value of the booking.
