Reservations, Advance and Balance Payments:
A 25% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of reservation for your booking to be confirmed. The remaining balance for your trip will be due 60 days prior to your departure date. For last minute bookings payment arrangement will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Accepted methods of payments for booking your trip include bank/wire transfer and Credit Cards (Master Card, VISA) a 5% bank surcharge will apply for card payments.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received by Arisi Safaris Ltd 90 days or more prior to departure are subject to a 25% of the total booking amount cancellation penalty; cancellations received 89-60 days prior to departure are subject to a penalty of 35% of the total tour amount; 59-30 days is 50% of the tour rate. Cancellations received 29 days or less are subject to penalty of 100% of the entire tour rate. We HIGHLY recommend travelers to have trip insurance that covers (at a very minimum) trip cancellation, trip delay, trip interruption, medical evacuation and medical insurance.
