Payments:
• Payment via credit card or electronic payment link will be accepted.
• All bank transfer fees are on clients’ expenses, should we receive short payment due to rate fluctuation an additional invoice will be issued to the client for the difference.
Important payment take note when booking with us:
• Refundable 25% Deposit - Upon Confirmation (10% Handling Fee will apply on any refund to be processed).
• 100% Payment – 45 Days prior to arrival
• Cancelation 45 days or less prior to arrival 100% Cancelation Fees apply
Refund Policy:
• Full refund will only be processed when there’s proven reason such as Illness, Death or Pandemic.
• A 10% handling fee, based on the deposit amount paid, will be deducted from any bookings cancelled prior to 5 weeks before the date of travel.
