Booking and payment process
Confimation of a booking , Upon receipt of your deposit or full payment, the safari operator shall provide you with a confirmation of your booking. This document should include details about your safari, such as itinerary, accommodation, transportation.
Payment Terms:
Payments are scheduled as follows:
Deposit Payment due on camping safari bookings: 10% must be paid.
Deposit Payment due on Safari in Lodges bookings: 40% must be paid.
Deposit payment due on tailor made option bookings: 10% – 70% can be requested
Final Payments can be done due on arrival (Cash are accepted & preferred).
Currency.
All our quotations are made in US$, Euros and Tanzanian shillings. Cash are accepted in US$ preferably however Euros, Pound sterling are also accepted. Customers are required to pay in any currency mentioned above and can do so by making a bank transfer directly into our bank account.
We will provide our banking details to facilitate this process.
Cancellation Policy.
If an individual cancel less than 7 days prior to tour they will forfeit 100% of tour fees. Consideration for a refund can be made in extraordinary circumstances that can be proven.
If an individual cancels 28-7 days prior to the tour they will forfeit 90% of tour fees.
If an individual cancels 44-29 days prior to the tour they will forfeit 60% of tour fees.
If an individual cancels 60-45 days prior to the tour they will forfeit 25% of tour fees.
If an individual cancels 61 days or more prior to the tour they will forfeit the initial deposit of the tour fees.
Travel Insurance
Travelers are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers various aspects of their safari. This requirement is meant to safeguard both the traveller and the operator incase unforeseen events occur during the safari.
This typically includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruptions, baggage loss or damage and potentially other specific safaris related activities.
