Terms and Conditions for Wildbird Safari

Reservation:
To secure your tour, a 30% deposit of the total tour cost is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the tour begins. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the reservation being canceled with a loss of the deposit. Reservations made within 45 days of departure must be fully paid.

Payment:
All prices are quoted in US dollars and must be paid in US dollars. We accept credit card payments online, processed by Trek soft AG as an authorized agent for Wildbird Safari. Wire transfer payment is also an option, and we will provide banking details upon request.

Change in Tour Price:
Tour prices are initially based on known costs. However, changes in taxes, sightseeing fees, and accommodation costs may lead to price adjustments without prior notice.

Cancellations:
- If the tour isn't paid by the due date, Wildbird Safari reserves the right to cancel it.
- Customers may cancel their reservation with the following penalties:
- 45 days from departure: Deposit refunded
- Between 30 and 45 days from departure: Deposit forfeited
- 30 days from departure: No refund
- Refunds, if applicable, will be reduced by expenses like administration fees, bank charges, and booking fees.
- No refund for any unused portion of the tour once it begins.

Change of Contract:
Wildbird Safari may modify a tour due to local conditions, safety concerns, or regulations. We can also refuse participation to individuals posing a hazard to other passengers or local communities.

Customers with Special Needs:
Customers must disclose any relevant physical or mental conditions before booking. We'll make efforts to accommodate special needs disclosed at the time of booking. Wildbird Safari is not liable for unsuitable tours if special needs were undisclosed.

Special Requests:
Customers must inform us in writing about special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions) during booking. We'll do our best to accommodate these requests, but they are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract.

Obligations of the Customer:
Customers must verify the accuracy of their travel documents and report errors or changes promptly. They must ensure their travel documents are in order (valid passport and visa). Failure to arrive on the agreed tour date may be treated as a cancellation. Customers must follow instructions from Wildbird Safari employees and behave appropriately to avoid disturbing others.

Wildbird Safari is not liable for passenger losses, injuries, or damages. Additional expenses due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, and unrest are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations by public transport. Customers must have comprehensive travel and health insurance.
